MY RECENT TOP 5 LIPSTICK PICK

So I was going through my lipstick stash and I found out my top 5 current lipstick picks. This lipsticks I have been using a lot for a while and would continue using it till i get something better to replace this. But if you gals want to know my favorite lipstick picks every month I would be doing that too.

So lets find out what I am currently obsessing over...

5 lipstick shades and they all are nude to neutral to warm berry tones almost like everyday basic shades. This shades are amazing for fair to medium and dark skin tones. So whatever skin tone you have got you can pick any of this shade for your everyday routine.

Recently I have been loving this kind of shades much I also try and mix and match this shades. I feel this shades not only go on every outfit but also on many skin tones. I will be also putting down some more lipstick names which is not included in this post but are quite similar to my current favourite lipsticks.

1)SERENITY HYDRA MATTE LIPSTICK FROM GERARD COSMETICS

This is one of my the favorite of all I have been using a lot of this it’s a warm nude which can go on any outfit any time of day and likely to go on fair to medium skin tones. If you love liquid mattes then this one has one of the best formula and texture.

2) PEACH ME LIP CRAYON FROM FACES
OHH!! I love the texture, coverage, color pay off everything about this lip crayon moreover this shade is something you must have it .. Its a shade for every skin tone. Trust me you gonna love it.

3)TAFFY CREAM LIPSTICK FROM TOO FACED

Its super luxurious rich creamy lipstick. A nude having pink tone. Can go on fair skin tones and even on dusky tones. I love applying this lipstick over some liquid mattes like serenity or MEHR from MAC. They are super hydrating and moisturising to lips.

4)DOLLED UP SUPER LUSTROUS MATTE LIPSTICK FROM REVLON

It’s a very recent pick by me. Revlon has this super lustrous lipstick in matte form I loved this shade though it has some simmer in it which is not so visible yet helps in giving some sheen. It’s matte very light texture can go on every skin tone. It’s a dusty rose having brown tones. Feels very light and soft on lips. Gives good coverage. Very similar to Mac Mehr lipstick.

NUDE BALLET 1ST RT

5) NUDE BALLET LE EXTRAORDINARIE from L’OREAL

I don’t know why but I am loving gloss this days so this is a perfect nude gloss. Its opaque rich and gives your lips that plump. Quite hydrating you can just put this gloss over any neutral lip color too. Not everyone can carry of this shade so do try them before getting it.

So this are my recent favorite lipstick. I not only love mixing this shades but I like experimenting with different textures. There are many more shades like MAC Mehr, Mac Twig, Berry Smoothie by Gerard cosmetics, Wild berry tart again by Gerard Cosmetics, GRRR by the balm cosmetics.

MAC SATIN LIPSTICK CAPTIVE REVIEW

Hello angels,

I am totally into holiday mood. Hope this year ends well with lots of fun, love, food and gifts. As I will be travelling I won’t be posting for few days. So today I have got Mac lipstick for myself. I always like treating myself with MAC lipstick. Its also christmas time a perfect festive season to gift oneself. I am always excited to add new mac lipstick in my makeup collection.

This particular shade from MAC is known as Captive. It was quite captivating when I first swatched this lipstick in a store. Its first time ever I purchased this shade. This lipstick is in satin finish and i am totally loving it.

It comes in usual M.A.C packaging with vanilla fragrance.

Captive is beautiful cool toned Plum lipstick. A perfect shade for fall/winter.

This color goes on almost every skin tone. It looks gorgeous on fair skin tones. While on medium to dark skin tones it looks more of a light pinkish plum shade.

This is something different from usual fall colors.

Its highly pigmented and goes opaque in just one swipe. It stays on for 6 hrs without having to reapply it. It mildly stains the lips.

Texture is quite creamy soft and glides on smoothly. Mac satin finish lipstick are the best ones rather than going for complete mattes i would go for satin. This lipstick is not so moisturizing but because of its non drying formula I don’t feel any need to put lip balm prior to application of lipstick. If you have chapped lips you need to exfoliate them before applying this lipstick.

It can be used on pigmented lips to it gives a completely coverage. Doesn’t accentuate fine lines. The formula is non drying and feels feather light on lips.

This shade is intense and looks flattering when i use it for night time. I liked this color because when you can’t carry of darker plums and rich burgundy or wine shades this color perfectly comes in. It doesn’t contain any shimmer. It doesn’t bleed or settle into fine lines. It’s also a paraben free lipstick.

Overall recommended. This shade is aamzzingg for fall. Captive is a part of Mac permanent line so its easily available. This shade is something different than usual dark fall colors. It looks flattering on fair skin tones as well as on dusky tone. I am huge fan of Mac lipstick. I still think they are the best lipsticks in terms of quality. All I can say Captive is gorgeous shade do try this shade it gives you that classy chic look. I think i have found my perfect shade for fall have you?

MAC ALL FIRED UP LIPSTICK REVIEW

I am back again with one of my recent favourite MAC retro matte All fired up lipstick. This is a latest addition to my mac lipstick collection. I already have been using Ruby Woo from the Retro matte. By now you all must be knowing how much I love mac lippies its always exciting to get new colors from MAC. Can i tell you a little thing i wanted this color from so very long time. I use to watch these series called Arrow and i was simply taken away by the character known as Felicity Smoak because she use to have this exact color on lips that deep matte fuchsia which use to make me crazy wondering what this shade is. Finally i got it All fired up which is described as bright fuchsia matte lipstick. It’s a color which can go on almost every skin tone.

Packaging-

It comes in a usual Mac black frosted tube packaging. It has the usual mac lipsticks fragrance which smells like vanilla scent.

I am so familiar to this fragrance that it doesn't annoy me at all.

The texture of this lipstick is much better than the ruby woo. Its less drying compared to other retro mattes. Its super opaque in just one swipe. Pigmentation is excellent. This color has cool undertones but it can go on fair, medium to dark skin tones. As you all know it’s a super matte so you need to exfoliate your lips and if necessary moisturise before applying this color. As its dark intense color it may look flaky and uneven if you try to apply on dry chapped lips. If you compare it to Relentlessly Red then you will find out Relentlessly Red is more of warm red and all fired up is more of cool toned pinkish red.

I love this lipsticks for its lasting power it does last you for 7-8 hrs with meals. Although you can always have touch ups. This lipsticks do not accentuate fine lines. They don’t bleed or smudge. They don’t even settle in fine lines. I loved how this color made my skin tone look more brighter. No need of tugging of pulling it glides on easily. When its about MAC lipsticks I totally cant find any cons. This lipsticks are not easy to remove as they leave a pinkish red stain on lips which sometimes i love. I feel this color is bold and at the same time giving you that perfect flawless deep pink lips. This color is very much in trend now and for autumn its gonna be perefect evening color. If you don’t like to carry true matte red lipsticks this shade could be a great option to reds.

I am already obsessed with this color and i totally recommend it. I think it might be limited edition so go grab them till its available.

Mac Mehr Lipstick Review Swatches

Hope you all are doing well.. Let me tell you nothing can replace MAC lipsticks seriously they are still best to have. My love for mac lipstick is never gonna die.. I saw this lipstick called as MEHR on Instagram and really loved the shade just felt like why i never had this color in my vanity .. I definitely should have this this shade in my vanity. And so i was as always excited to add this new baby to my MAC family.

Firstly when I swatched Mehr on my hand I found it very close to Nyx matte lipstick in Natural but when I applied on lips it was totally different such a subtle decent pink color and that’s when I thought I need to have this one. Nyx natural was more cool toned mauvey shade while Mehr is like beautiful dusty pink having brown tones. I am always crazy for the quality MAC provides there is no doubt about it. I mean nothing can compare to it. There are many beautiful lipsticks form different brands having amazing qualities but we girls have some crazy love for MAC isn't it? And of course there was a time when I use to buy this lipsticks in 990/-INR and now it has shoot up too 1450/-INR still that won't stop me from getting them.

MEHR is one of the creamy matte lipstick. It glides smoothly on lips giving even application. It’s a perfect cool toned color which can be used on everyday go to go basis. Its highly pigmented 1-2 swipes are enough to get the opacity. This color is builadable but for me its not needed. Lips don’t feel dry after application of this lipstick.

I think every girl on this planet needs to have this one. Its just like you can wear it in office, college, party almost everywhere. I have heard people calling it as a dirty blue pink. For me its a beautiful shade making it one of the must have lipsticks. Well we all know that mac is best when it comes to quality. It has same vanilla fragrance like many other MAC lipsticks. There is no feathering of lipstick and it doesn’t even smudge. This lipstick do not transfer much and feels light on lips.

As compared to Mac Retro Mattes you don't need to tug or drag this lipstick for application. They don't accentuate fine lines. This lipsticks give you a perfect matte effect and are easy to wear. It stays on for 5-6 hrs including meals. This color will go on fair to medium skintones.

Highly recommended. Its a perfect wearable Matte lipstick. Its a great shade for office going women and even for college going girls.

How to get KYLIE JENNER MAKEUP LOOK

Hello everyone,

Todays look is inspired by most famous Tv personality Kylie Jenner. I will be showing you how to get most famous Kylie Jenner look in few simple steps.

Kylie Jenner is known personality and recently her makeup look is most talked about. Everyone is talking about how to get that long fluttery lashes with perfectly contoured Face and overdrawn 90’S lips. 90's lips is Hottest trend the lip colors which she uses are super gorgeous. I getting obsessed with such lip colors. Finally i decided to try this look on me . Well I loved doing celebrity inspired look and hope this helps you too. Following products will help you get that look.

Step 1- To start with First Apply Benefit Porefessional primer all over your face.

Step2- We will first start with our eyes I have used Smashbox primer for eyes. I have used Soft brown matte eyeshadow from Mac on my crease using a Mac 217 blending brush i blended it till there were no harsh edges seen. then I used Mac Brule eyeshadow on my lids using real technique base shadow brush . You can blend the edges using blending brush.

Moving on now we take dark brown eye shadow which is Embark from Mac and just apply it on outer cut crease using the same Mac 217 brush we do not blend this eyeshadow into lids. For eyebrows i have used Benefit Eyebrow Kit.

Step3- I have used Mac Studio Fix Fluid foundation in Nw20. Spray some mac fix+ on sigma flat kabuki brush and blend your foundation .

Then I applied Mac moisture cover concelar in NW20 under my eyes and I set it using Ben nye banana powder

To set my foundation I have used mac studio fix in NW20.

Step4- Now we will move on to lower lash line I am using Rimmel scandal eye Kohl in Nude on waterline and applying same soft brown matte shadow on lower lash line you can even go for Embark eyeshadow if you want more darker eyes.
For inner corners of eyes i have used Mac eyeshadow Naked Lunch to brighten up my eyes and same color on my brow points.

Step5- For liner I have used Loreal Super liner you just have to apply on your upper outer eye lids and wing it little do not go all over to inner corners.

Applying lots of your favourite masacara on upper as well as lower lashes . I have applied Ardell false lashes but its completely optional.

Step6- Kylie Jenner always has perfect contoured and highlighted face. I have used Mac mineralize powder in Medium for contouring and I have applied little amount of Loreal sunset glow blush.

Step7- For highlighting I have used Stila all over shimmer powder in Kitten . I have also used it over my cupids bone.

Step8- For lips Kylie Jenner always uses a matte lipstick and I found out Revlon matte balm in Sultry was a perfect color to go with. You can also use a lip pencil in Mac whirl just outdraw on your lip lines to get perfect Kylie Jenner 90's lips and fill it with Mac Twig lipstick.

Finally the look is done. I m totally in love with this look and you can wear it for day time as well as night time.
