Are you looking for perfect inexpensive drugstore foundation? Rimmel match perfection could be the best drugstore foundation? Did you know a little secret about me? I am a foundation girl. Yes I do love picking up foundations whether its from drugstore or some high end brand. Well recently I had gone to pick up some Rimmel lipsticks at beauty store and I ended up buying this Rimmel match perfection foundation. I am totally impressed by this foundation after L’Oreal true match I guess this is the best foundation you can find in drugstore.

MY FIRST IMPRESSION

PACKAGING-It comes in a glass bottle which makes it look heavy. It has plastic blue lid and pump applicator which helps in product control. I like pump applicator as there is no mess and its good according to hygiene point of view. This foundation is available in 8 different shades. I have got ivory shade which is 2nd lightest shade from the range. It almost matches my skin tone. For my entire face I need 1& half pump and I blend it using sigma kabuki flat brush.

Consistency of this foundation is more like liquid and it blends well into skin. Its definitely build-able and gives you medium to full coverage. What I liked that it has got luminosity like some high end foundations. After application it makes my skin look healthy & hydrated. It feels light on skin and it also contains SPF18. I have got combination skin my T zone is oily I just use some loose powder to set my foundation. Its great for dry as well as combination skin. I wouldn't recommend this for girls having oily skin. It doesn’t clog pores does not feel cakey. It stays for almost whole day with the use of primer and some loose powder. There was no congealing or fading of foundation. I am truly impressed with this foundation.

Overall I recommended to everyone whose looking for medium to full coverage foundation at such affordable prices. I couldn’t find any cons the packaging is good does not give a cheap feel and foundation gives your skin natural glow. If you haven't tried out this product is worth trying.

Finally here comes Maybelline The Nudes Palette its a recently launched in India and i am so excited to try this palette. I will be reviewing this palette today. It’s a beautiful 12 color eyeshadow palette where you can create neutral day look as well as deep night looks. I was waiting for this palette to launch here as soon as I heard that its available here I got one for myself. This palette is of great use you can go with completely Nude look for office or Smokey look for clubbing. So this is a basic palette which I guess everyone should have in their vanity.

Packaging-

This palette comes with 12 pan eyeshadow in black plastic palette with transparent lid.

The eye shadows are arrange in such a way that you can use them as squads also and on back side of palette for beginners there is instruction on how to use this palette. It also has long two tip sponge applicator. Which can be used for travelling purpose.

This palette contains 5 matte eye shadows, 3 frost eye shadows and rest are satin eye shadows. Matte shades have dry formula and they are less pigmented as compared to frost and satin eye shadows. Frosty ones are really pigmented. While the satin ones are very smooth in application and have excellent color pay off. In this palette satin eyeshades are my favorite. The satins ones blend well but the matte ones are bit disappointing as you can not even build them enough to give you opacity. They are quite sheer and doesn’t apply smoothly on lids. Staying power is good for satin eyeshades matte eyeshades give fall out while applying so make sure you use some loose powder under eyes so that you can dust it off or else it can ruin your foundation. Some shadows are really creamy and they don’t crease or fade. More than neutral looks i loved creating a brown smokey look with this palette. This is like one of the most affordable drugstore palette having 12 eyeshades.

Why you can still buy this palette I have used this palette 2-3 times and quite happy with the satin shades they almost like high end brand eyeshadows at reasonable price. I still wish all 12 colors were more pigmented and blend-able. This colors are universal and can go on every skin tone. So girls try out this palette to create different looks. Its seriously been a long time that I have got something so refreshing for my bath essentials. Recently Body Shop has launched entire new range of body care products. The entire collection is inspired from Japan, Mount Fuji Green Tea its basically for detoxifying your mind and body helping you to relax and feel refreshed.

This Fuji Green Tea range has Body wash, Scrub, Sorbet, Body Butter and Cologne. So gals there is something for everyone. I have been using their SATSUMA range and i am still loving it. Body Shop is known for its quality and they always get something innovative and new in Body range products. From this particular Collection I will be reviewing about Body Wash and Cologne.

Body wash comes in a their usual plastic bottle packaging. The product inside the bottle is quite clear giving just a tint of green. It has mild green tea fragrance which does not last for long time but I loved how my skin felt soft and refreshed after using this wash. It lathers well and you don’t require much quantity. Its mint green color cleanser more like a liquid wash than creamy ones. It does hydrate skin to some extent but for more its just to calm and refresh your skin. I personally love creamy body wash but this one is going to be best for summers.

Cologne was something which i couldn’t stop myself from buying. This was the first product i tried from the entire range and i was completely taken away by its smell. I have never smelled something so fresh and floral. It has green tea, bergamot, lemon, mandarin, camellia, jasmine and violet for making it light and refreshing. I can say its a perfect blend of citrus and floral fragrance.

The fragrance is not at all overpowering. You can spray it after using your body wash and the fragrance will last for whole day. And it not only gives fragrance to your body but also cools & calms skin. I loved the entire Mount Fuji Green Tea range. The cologne is my favorite and I am using it every single day. I am totally obsessed with this fragrance it also helps you to relax your mind.

Overall impressed with Fuji Green Tea body range. Well i thought the body wash will be having similar fragrance but it was quite mild compared to cologne and it didn't last for long. So I would recommend you all to try out the cologne first. Its a must have fragrance for summer. I would definitely love to try their body butters and sorbets too.
