Hello everyone,

We all love Red lipstick and when it comes to spring a perfect red is all we need. When it comes to red I feel summers are best days to carry this shade. It just brightens my mood. Sephora has recently opened up near my home and I just got there to check some new stuff well I got to pick up two amazing shades of red from Sephora collection which I will be reviewing today. I am already obsessed with this lipsticks as its perfect red for day time wear. Its bright bold and amazing shade to carry on summer days.

We will first talk about Sephora Cream lip stain like many other cream matte liquid lipsticks this too comes in clear tube packaging with black cap and doe foot applicator.

As you all know I am totally into matte lipsticks especially when they are cream based. The shade no.03 STRAWBERRY KISSED for CREAM LIP STAIN and N18 COLOR LIP LAST LIPSTICK

This red is bright bold and has pink tones which is suitable for fair to medium skin tones. Its super pigmented and with a high color pay off you really cant get this shade off. The texture is like creamy stain smooth and applies evenly on lips. There is no patchy application one swipe is enough to get complete coverage and opacity. The formula is more runny and heavily pigmented so you have to be careful by applying them. The formula is great for pigmented lips too. As it starts drying the color gets more intense. I was just concern about how thin the formula is and once it get to complete matte effect will it settle into fine lines. But this formula doesn’t accentuate fine lines and nor does the formula settle into it. It also doesn’t smudge or budge and go complete transfer proof and waterproof. The formula doesn’t cling on to dry patches. But its always better to exfoliate your lips and prep it with balm as this lip-stains can be bit drying. It does give dry feeling to lips and can be little uncomfortable when applied for long hrs. The texture is thin and feather light on lips. You can always touch up them after meals. Though they lasted almost for 7 hrs including meals. It does leave a red stain behind when it starts to fade away. There is decent vanilla fragrance which disappears on application.

Overall recommended if you need a perfect matte red this is the most intense long lasting and deep cream lip stain I have ever come across. I love how pigmented the formula is. The formula doesn’t wear off or flake away and stays on lips for 7-8 hrs which is quite long enough.

Coming to COLOR LIP LAST LIPSTICK I have already used them also I have reviewed them previously on my blog.

I totally love using this formula and I have completed almost 2 lipsticks so I had to get a new shade in this range. I was always impressed with its long lasting formula and I will place the link below for a complete review. This babies are so sleek and I love its packaging. Its so easy to carry them while travelling. I wouldn’t suggest this formula for dry lips as it sucks the moisture from your lips but that doesn't bother me also the formula can feel heavy on lips. The best way to put them is prep your lips with balm put on the lipstick and top it off with a clear gloss. The shade I picked up is bright red with warm tones which is perfect for summer also its suitable for various skin tone. Its highly pigmented and gives complete coverage. They will really last longer than you can think off.

OVERALL RECOMMENDED if you want something really long lasting and doesn’t want to go for complete liquid mattes you should try COLOR LIP LAST LIPSTICKS from SEPHORA.
