MAC RETRO MATTE LIQUID LIPSTICK NEW SHADES REVIEW

Hope you all doing well. Its another weekend and time for new post.

They have just launched some new earthy shades for spring 2017. I found all the shades very new and something to really try this summer.

Most of the shades were sold out I hope they get into permanent range like previous ones.

And if you are lucky enough you will definitely find your perfect shade.

I got to pick up BURNT SPICE and CHOCOTEASE.

I was literally dying to try out Chocotease and after going to every mac store in town I got one last piece left of Chocotease.

Chocotease is a deep chocolate brown shade. I loved this shade but it looks more darker and deeper once it dries of. Not much wearable but surely if you like grunge look you can pick this shade

Burnt spice it’s a everyday nude color. I like wearing it as it looks dusty nude shade on my complexion. This shade can look different on every skin tone.

This lipstick comes in a glass tube with usual Mac black lid. Its bigger than the size of actual Mac Lipsticks. It has a elliptical applicator. The applicator does not take much product on so I am happy to not putting on much product. You have to be really careful while applying liquid lipsticks. This one doesn’t dry of immediately but once its set it becomes transfer proof. It gives a lasting long powdery matte finish to lips. Its super pigmented barely I need two swipes just to even out application. Doesn’t need a lip liner. You need to exfoliate your lips and moisturise them with lip balm before application. It doesn’t go streaky once it sets in it does get a shade darker than what actually it is ..it also accentuate fine lines but that’s almost with every matte lipsticks. Liquid mattes are something which still is on trend and they stay on for a very long time making it transfer proof waterproof lipsticks. It does stain your lips but easily comes of with makeup remover. The formula is bit drying but much better than the previous retro mattes.. if you are not use to liquid mattes it may give uncomfortable feel to lips. Retro mattes feel really light on lips while texture is soft & smooth. I wouldn’t suggest applying to many coats of this lipstick as it can get cakey and may even flake. It lasts for 8 hrs after eating drinking. It doesn't contain sweet vanilla fragrance like other MAC lipsticks.

Overall I liked the shade range and they have reformulated this lipsticks the shades are something different and very much trending now. If you are bored of usual corals, pink and reds you should try one of this. I think this shades are going to be a makeup trend for 2017. This formulas are much wearable now and I love how comfortable they feel on lips.

MAC LIPTENSITY LIPSTICK GUMBALL REVIEW

Hey angels,

So like every time MAC has launched Liptensity Lipsticks which are just available for limited time. When I got to know about liptensity.. already few shades were sold out and what was left out to be was this amazing Pink shade known as GUMBALL. So I really had no options left with black lipstick was really tempting but couldn't get my mind off from this pretty PINK.

I actually loved GUMBALL at first sight and was lucky enough to get it.

This limited edition lipstick wont come back so if you love intense creamy pigmented lipstick just go and get them.

They have really attractive packaging the bullet is similar to prolong wear lipsticks they are slim and round flat top all the shades have color coded opaque tube so you really don’t have to look below for the shade name also it has the signature vanilla fragrance which all MAC lipsticks have. The packaging to me looks more luxurious then any of other Mac lipsticks. Also it feels so good to see Mac in colorful packaging.

This lipsticks are the most pigmented and give you undeniable color intensity.

They have 24 shades in this range from red orange pink to black so you can still try your luck if they are available in stores.

It has rich creamy texture and gives you luxurious feel to lips.

It glides on smoothly and evenly giving you intense pigmented lips. When compared to amplified and cream sheen this are more glossier but at the same time provides enough moisture and hydration to lips. The formula sticks on lips and doesn’t wear off like other glossy lipsticks.

It doesn’t cling on to dry patches also it makes your lips appear more fuller. It doesn’t accentuate fine lines.

Color pay off is excellent. The formula feels so comfortable rich and moisturizing to lips. It doesn't have any shimmer particles for giving sheen it gives opacity in one swipe. No sticky or dry feel to it.

Staying power is for around 4-5 hrs I had meals in between still the color stayed on my lips for long. This lipsticks do transfer but not like most of creamy lipsticks do.

GUMBALL is a beautiful pink shade it has cool tone to it. Well suitable for fair or light skin tones having neutral to cool undertones.

OVERALL I loved it I am so going to be obsessed for this formula. After having used mattes for so long time really gives me ultra luxurious feel to lips. Also the formula doesn’t budge nor bleed and gives a good wear time. I couldn't have miss this one.

Hello angels,

Where all the brands had already come up with their liquid lipsticks Mac too launched them this month in india. I am actually having mixed emotions about this newly launched limited edition Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick. First of all I am really not sure about either their are limited or it will add up to permanent line of MAC lipsticks. When i asked in store they said its limited one. But on international MAC website I could see its available as a permanent product. Talking about mixed emotions ..I mean i could get only two shades from entire range .. guess girls everything was sold out almost at every MAC store. And I wished I was bit early to get them. So I am feeling totally bad about it. But the good part is I am glad I could pick two which is pretty awesome.. and luckily this shades just look amazing on me. My search is still on for few shades hope to find them till that here is a review for Mac Retro Matte lipsticks in DIVINE DIVINE, RICH& RESTLESS. The shades here are just bold enough and bright like most of the matte lipsticks. They have pink, fuchsia, coral,orange, violet, deep wine and of course red ones.. too the shades I picked up may not go on every skin tone but they definitely look better on fair skin.

Overall recommended I think they are good as liquid lipsticks. The colors are really attractive. The applicator helps in defining lips. I really would like to try more shades. the formula is definitely on drier side. This lipsticks also remind me of mac retro mattes like ruby woo which has pretty dry formula.

Divine divine is a very light creamy pink.. almost like a cool girlie pink.. It can go on cool skin tones.

Rich and restless is beautiful salmon shade .. totally in love with it.. I really had nothing like this shade.

I think this shades will be really cool to wear in summer time..
