Hello gals,

My colorbar fever is still on …and now I have got these lipsticks too. So on my previous posts it was all about NEW COLORBAR EYESHADOWS GLITTERS & DUO AFFAIR BLUSH & now its time for my favourite part the NEWLY RAIN MATTE LIPSTICKS AND XPOSED DUO LIPSTICK.

I think you all already know how obsessed I am for lipsticks. Keep reading to know more about this amazing Rain Mattes and Xposed duo lipstick.

Xposed duo lipsticks comes In a very limited shade options. There are 4 shades available I picked up Scotch Mist which is a mauvy pink everyday kinda shade. I am already obsessing over this shade. As its named duo it comes in a double packaging having lipstick on one side and other side having a gloss. The whole packaging is in a dull matte gold which looks fabulous.

It doesn’t feel like a drugstore brand coming up with such amazing packaging and formulas. The shades are to die for. The formula is soft & creamy in application. The texture is quite smooth giving even and effortless application. it doesn’t contain fragrance. It gives semi matte finish which is very comfortable to wear for long hours. The staying power of this lipstick is 4-5 hrs. It does transfer and you need touch ups. The shade I have choose doesn’t stain my lips and comes off easily without making my lips dry or parched. The formula is quite hydrating to my lips. you can also get a glossy look by applying clear coat of gloss which is on other side of lipstick. The gloss is non sticky and feels light when applied over lipcolor. This gloss has a doe foot applicator for easy application

Overall recommended it’s a duo combo you get a gloss and matte lips with just one lipstick. If you want a wet lip look this ultra vinyl will be easy to use. It also contains vitamin E which nourishes and protects lips. This shade has been my current obsession after the L'OREAL Mont Blanc shade.

FEEL THE MATTE LIPSTICKS so these colorful lipstick packaging attracted me the most. I cant explain the feel of this packaging. I have never seen such insanely beautiful packaging of lipsticks. The lipsticks are color coded with their outer packaging it has this water droplets all over the tube. The feel is rich and sturdy can be carried for travelling too. All lipsticks come in a cardboard color coded boxes. They are available in 8 shades at affordable price 650/-INR. The shades I picked up is DAMP & SHOWER.

Shower is beautiful purplish pink suitable for gals who love bold lips for rainy season.

Damp is a muted rose color which can be used on everyday look.

The formula is non drying it contains 5 essential oils which helps to stay lips hydrated and moisturized for longer time. These are soft and creamy in texture also they give satin matte finish. It doesn’t give complete matte finish due to its moisturizing formula. The colors are bright and bold on lips. Color pay off is excellent. It gives a complete bold coverage on one swipe. The color is buildable. I usually apply one coat and dab it with tissue and then I go for second coat so the lipstick transfer less and stay for long hrs. The formula holds pretty well on lips and the staying power is for 6 hrs. It fades away leaving behind a stain. The shades are a rich and super saturated with pigments. It doesn’t contain any fragrance. The formula doesn’t smudge it doesn’t settle into fine lines. There is no bleeding however if you feel little smudging on lip lines you can use a lip pencil for more defined look.

Overall recommended loved the packaging the shades and formula although the formula could be more matte and less moisturizing. They are really good for dry lips and those who like easy to go comfort matte lipsticks. It’s like a value for money.

Hello angels

Recently COLORBAR launched Amino skin radiant foundation which is made in Italy and is known for its high coverage, water resistant qualities suitable for all skin types. They are available in 8 different shades and I am in shade Petal Fair. Petal fair is a shade for fair skin having pink undertones.

So today I am going to talk more about this high coverage foundation as I really needed one.

The foundation comes in plastic jar not as usual like a pump bottle it has a silver cap and plastic pump when you push downwards the foundation comes out from a center. You just require one pump for entire face and neck. As it’s a high coverage foundation little goes long way. The formula is more creamy and contains lysine and silicone elastomers. LYSINE is a amino acid which helps for maintaining protein layer of skin and providing enough hydration while silicone gives a smooth satin like texture.

The formula blends easily on normal to combination skin for dry skin apply a little moisturizer before putting on this foundation. It gives a medium to high coverage and you can layer them for more buildable coverage. The texture of the foundation is soft and smooth which doesn’t require much efforts in blending. This foundation covers acne marks, spots and gives a even flawless complexion. The formula doesn’t cling on to dry patches. Its extremely wearable on hot and humid days too. The formula doesn’t settle into fine lines. Also it stays well for 8 hrs without the primer. I love long wearing formulas especially during summer. I have a tzone which gets usually shiny after few hrs of application but I was happy to notice as this formula didn’t gave me any shiny or oily look even after 5-6hrs of wear. I didn't apply no loose powder or compact over it. The finish is almost like satin which makes your skin look healthy and bright.

I like using a foundation brush for blending it but you can also blend with fingers. This foundation stays for long time but if you want it to last even longer (12hrs) you have to apply primer. It doesn’t clog my pores and there is no fragrance in this formula.
Overall recommended although the packaging is not so sturdy and can be inconvenience for use, the formula and texture is good. I really didn’t expected it to be so long lasting. Also the shade matches perfect to my skin tone. The foundation is bit pricey but the coverage it provides is fair enough and doesn't look cakey.

Girls who love high coverage foundation and doesn't want a heavy feel can try this. It doesn’t require any additional concealer if you don’t have much blemishes on skin. HI EVERYONE,

Today I will be reviewing two latest products from COLORBAR. Its been recently launched and still not available in all stores. While I was going through some colorbar eye pencils I found out this AIRBRUSH FINISH FLAWLESS LOOSE POWDER WITH ALL DAY LIP AND CHEEK BLUSH STICK.

I love buying products which are really useful for everyday use and I invest more in them rather then the products which I rarely gonna use. How many of you really like colorbar brand I am sure their lipsticks and eye pencils have done wonders on many girls so lets find out are this 2 products also going to be wondrous.

First I will be reviewing Airbrush Flawless Finish Loose Powder ahhh we rarely can find an mineral loose powder in drugstore brands its always the bare minerals and Sephora one that we keep on suggesting. So this really kept me on my toes when I heard mineral powder... bell starts ringing in my head that yes I need dis I am gonna use this on everyday purpose. So I see there are 3-4 shades available and I choose Beige Fair which is lightest and yellow tone powder. There was a pink tone powder too Rose Beige but it seemed to be little dark on my skin. What I could find was Beige Fair as closest to my skin tone. It comes in a round big plastic jar with silver lid. They don’t give any brush with it. So you can not apply them while travelling. Now this powder really wins my heart when you talk about only mineral. It has a light coverage and you can build it to medium. The powder is soft and micro-fine which applies evenly on face. Mineral powders can be applied with large powder brush on foundation or else you can also use kabuki brush to apply. It blends beautifully into skin. I would recommend to use them without any foundation if you have good skin. You can use it also with the concelar. As its mineral based it can be used by acne prone skin it will cause less clogging and breakouts. I am impressed with the formula. It gives a light sheen to face as the minerals like TOPAZ reflects light. It also gives me naturally glowing skin. It doesn’t give you dry or dull look but it brightens and gives even tone complexion also covering some imperfection giving luminous glow. It’s a paraben & fragrance free product.

Overall I completely RECOMMEND this product. If you like using loose powder on everyday purpose opt for mineral to get a soft luminous skin and also it will help in evening out skin tone though it may not cover dark spots and pigmentation but it does minimize your pores and fine lines.

Moving on to the ALL DAY LONG CHEEK AND BLUSH STICK. There were 4 shades available and I went with ROSE GOLD it’s a amazing highlighting shade. More than blush I like using highlighter and so this can be really useful for everyday look. It comes in form of Chubby Blush Stick with twist open at bottom. It’s in a rose gold tube. This can be used as highlighter OR sculpting cheekbones also can be used on EYES & lips for making any lipstick of lighter shade. It’s a creamy highlighter but gives a satin finish. It does a good job of highlighting cheekbones.The shade is warm so will go on many skin tones. I think its worth to spend some money on stick highlighter rather than blush. When applied as highlighter it gives soft luminous glow. I would definelty recommend to everyone who wants a good drugstore highlighter. This highlighter does have flecks of shimmer which is very light and just helps to give pearly sheen. It’s a fragrance free and parabens free product. You can the just apply on cheeks eyes or lips and blend or tap with fingers to get the effect. Overall it stays for 5-6 hrs doesn't feel sticky or oily its quite comfortable to wear them for whole day. Some of the shades in blush are also matte so you can try them out.
