Clinique Long Last Stay Matte lipstick Matte Peony Review

Hi gals,
I love trying different lipsticks and so here I am with one
more lipstick review. I recently picked up lipstick from Clinique long
last stay matte range in Matte Peony.
Clinique Claims.
Long-wearing
formula keeps its just-applied look for hours. Non-drying, non-feathering. Full
coverage, velvety, soft matte finish.
I love Clinique for its skin care products. Though I have
never really bought much from Clinique’s
makeup range but after my chubby stick experience I am definitely liking this
brand more for makeup stuff. I have got best of results on my skin with Clinique products. Long
last stay matte range had been launched few months back and they come in beautiful
8 shades. This lipsticks come in stunning chrome packaging. They
are not too heavy and sleek which occupy less space and easy to carry even in small purse.
Matte Peony is Warm Hibiscus Pink shade in my words it’s a Warm Pink shade having bit of coral in it. When I tried this lipstick for first time I absolutely love the texture of it the way it felt on my lips soft smooth and creamy.
I am sucker for matte lipsticks and I just adore this
lipsticks for being so light & cushion soft on lips.
This lipstick have a totally soft velvety matte finish . Its
super pigmented one swipe is enough to give opacity works well on pigmented
lips too. It glides easily on lips without
having to tug or pull. It applies evenly on lips. If you have chapped lips do
apply some lip balm. This is more like a velvety matte lipstick than powdery matte. This lipstick is not moisturising or hydrating to lips as I had expected it to be. It does not
stain and easy to remove without making your lips dry. Moreover they are so comfortable
that you can apply it every single day.
They don’t transfer much and stay on for 5 hrs which is
pretty good. With meals it fades on giving you light pink stain. This lipstick don’t bleed nor they feather.
They
don’t have any fragrance in it. This shade can go well on light to medium skin
tones.
My mom loves this
shade she is medium tone and this color looks pretty amazing on her. After chubby
sticks intense this are going to be my second best lipstick from Clinique .
Over all recommended
if you are lover of matte lipstick like me this lipsticks are totally worth
every penny you spend on it.
