NEW LAKME ABSOLUTE ARGAN OIL LIPSTICKS REVIEW

I have got something new and exciting today. Its lakme absolute Argan oil lipstick review which has been recently launched in LAKME FASHION WEEK 2017.

This lipsticks which are infused with rich moroccan argan oil is currently talk of the town. Designer Anita Dongre’s gold collection was completely inspired on lakme absolute liquid gold lipsticks. So 2017 is all about gold most of Indian girls love gold whether its for jewellery outfit or bags. And when it comes to makeup gold has always ruled for years.

This lipsticks are in glossy golden tube packaging to give a feel of liquid gold. They have a flat slant top like a lakme absolute matte lipsticks.

The packaging looks classy though its of plastic it doesn't give a cheap feel.

The lipsticks are infused with argan oil which will help your lips stay moisturize for long time.

The texture is so creamy and soft glides effortlessly on lips. Darker shades gives even application while lighter shades needs multiple swipes for better coverage and application.

This lipsticks can be used on everyday basis as they will not dry out your lips and keep them hydrated. On application they feel glossy but after few mins They turn too satin finish having some shine to it. It gives complete opacity with 1-2 swipes but for lighter shades I like to layer them off. They have good color pay off. The formula is thick enough like lip balm to hold on to lips.

The formula feel light and comfortable to wear for whole day.They have a mild sweet fragrance which disappears on application.

Coming to staying power it needs touch ups if you eat or drink as they are more of creamy texture it tends to transfer little bit. This lipsticks are are rich in pigments some of the shades are very intense.

They don’t bleed or budge if you want them to stay longer use a lip pencil.

They neither accentuate fine lines nor the formula settles into fine lines.

This formula are non drying and doesn’t give any sticky or slippery feel to it.

Overall recommended I loved the shade range the texture formula feels so buttery on lips. I liked how effortlessly they glide on lips. The benefits of argan oil keep my lips moisturized for long time. My lips feel softer smoother and conditioned after using this lipsticks. This lipsticks are pricey and we get only 3.4gms but that’s ok because I find the formula great for summers when your lips already feel dry. Pick some neutral colors instead of tinted lip balms for this summer. Let me know which shade you would go for ? Have you tried them yet?

SILK BLUSH is beautiful soft pink shade it’s a shade I like to wear on summer days.

Peaches and cream is more like a peachy nude shade having warm tones. If you want something for everyday office use its a perfect shade.

Lush rose is beautiful vibrant pink. I don’t remember when last I picked up such amazing pink shade.
