LOREAL COLOR RICHE POCKET PALETTE EYESHADOW REVIEW

Hello rosebuds,
Its Monday again..starting off this week with some positive
energy.. L’Oreal eyeshadow quads are
something which we are not unfamiliar with. I loved using them when there were
no much eyeshadow palettes in the market. When I saw them getting launched by
color riche it reminded me of days when I just started applying eyeshadows. So
here comes Color Riche Pocket Palette eyeshadow. There are 6-7 shades available
I got two of them which are BOUDOIR CHARME AND VIOLET AMOUR. It’s a square palette having 4 shades with a two
tip sponge applicator. They are very travel friendly and can fit into your
pockets too. The 4 shades are curated of same COLOR families. They are metallic
shimmery as well as matte.
Now you can create a color statement or sophisticated look
with this shades.
The colors are super blendable. The texture for shimmery
eyeshadows are much softer and smoother compared to matte. Well Matte ones are less
pigmented compared to shimmery ones. Overall color pay off is good. The tip
applicator is of no use until you want to use them while travelling. As the are
very small its really difficult to hold them and apply with it. The shades are buildable and you can not apply
them with wet brush.
I liked Boudoir charme more than Violet amour . When I swatched Violet armour it felt more dry
and chunky. When applied on eyes it didn’t gave enough pigmentation like Boudoir
charme. The eyeshadow stays well for 5-6 hrs with primer. The colors don’t
crease if you have oily lids you definitely have to apply primer. The colors don’t
fade or give any fall outs.
OVERALL RECOMMENDED. These palettes are quite decent and
very easy to use. I would suggest to swatch each palette before getting it. As
some of the shades are really matte and dry which wont show up much when
applied on eye lids. But palettes like BOUDOIR CHARME are worth trying out. These palettes are even great for beginners or someone who is not PRO at it.

Contour with shade 1 in crease.
Color entire lid with shade 2.
Highlight center of lid with shade 3.
Define lash line with shade 4.
