LA SPLASH LIPSTICK BEWITCHED AND LOLLIPOP REVIEW.

Today I am writing about LA splash lipsticks which I had mentioned in my previous post. I wont be able to post for one week as I am travelling this days. I will be back soon with new posts. If you are makeup junkie like me you must have already come across this brand. They have got amazing liquid lipsticks which turn to powdery matte. There are two range of lipsticks in this the latest one is known as LA splash Smitten Lip Tint mousse and I have got Bewitched shade in this range . The other one is LA splash Lip Couture in Lollipop. They have got wide range of bright bold and beautiful shades. I thought of getting them when I saw swatches on instagram I was wondering how intense pigmented this lipsticks are. Liquid lipsticks which are touch proof are so much in trend now and you got to have them if you love matte lipsticks.

This lipsticks come in gloss like tubes having sponge applicator. Lip couture range has long applicator while smitten lip tint mousse have short applicator. This lipstick shades do differ from the swatches which they had shown online.

Both the lipsticks are light weight they don’t sting your lips or make it feel warm. They don't plump your lips or give you fuller effect.

LiP COUTURE LOLLIPOP

Lip couture are intense velvet finish lip colors. This lipsticks come in liquid form they glide on lips smoothly and evenly which dries of giving you complete transfer proof matte lipstick. This lip colors give you opacity in just one coat.

They have all range of colors from pink, blue, black, violets etc.. well Lollipop is a

Bright coral orange color which instantly pops your lips. Color payoff is excellent. This lipsticks are very similar to Limecrimes velvetines. This lipsticks don’t have any fragrance. They stay on for very long time and don’t come of like Nyx soft matte lip crème.

Cons- This lipsticks do feel sticky sometimes and are very difficult to remove as they are waterproof you need to remove it with proper makeup remover or oil.

LA SPLASH SMITTEN LIP TINT BEWITCHED

I personally liked smitten lip tint more than the couture ones. This are in liquid form but on application it gives you texture of mousse which is very soft feel to lips. Extremely light weight dries of in 2-3 mins completely wearable and they are ultra matte. This too are difficult in removing use some oil or makeup remover don’t try to rub or scrape it. I feel this are more moisturizing then the LA Lip Couture. The color is super pigmented and opaque applies evenly on lips. Its a purple with pink hues something really different from usual pinks and purples.

I never had such color in my vanity I am glad I picked up bewitched. Smitten Lip tint does not make sticky feel like Lollipop. This lipsticks don’t budge and they don't stain.

If you have never tried liquid to matte lipsticks this may feel tight on your lips in start as it gets dry but later on its comfortable.

Overall I completely recommend this lipsticks if you love using bold matte lipsticks you can try using this ones. They are not like Nyx soft lip crème or Stila all day liquid lipstick this are 100% kissproof and transfer proof. They are also priced reasonably as other high brands are pretty expensive. One more Con to this product is its availability. If you can get it easily do try them. Please share your comments below.

The balm Read My Lips lip gloss Grrr!! REVIEW

I am here again with one of my current favorite brand for makeup The balm cosmetics yes along with the Mary Lou Manizer and Schwing liner I also got myself Read my lips lip-gloss in GRRR!! By now you all must be knowing that I hardly talk about glosses I don’t buy them as I buy lipsticks. But I have heard that this glosses are not at all sheer and have amazing color pay off so was willing to try them out. The balm cosmetics read my lips gloss as usual comes in a cartoon print box packaging which makes it look funky. The gloss is in round tube having doe foot applicator with bold accents READ MY LIPS. I seriously love the way they name their products just like a comic story it makes them unique from the other brands

GRRR!!! OK i really don't know how to pronounce this !!! Its beautiful Nude shade having mauve tones definitely a warm toned color. Its not a bright color yet makes your face look fairer. I love this shade as it can go on any outfit. It’s a everyday color and would suit almost every skin tone.

There are many shades available in this range but I am not a gloss fan and I hardly use any gloss so picked up just one color.

Well this gloss are super pigmented and they spread evenly on lips. This color and formula of gloss made me love with it. It has got sweet fruity fragrance which is not overpowering but pleasant and I completely liked it. This gloss are creamy in texture does not feel sticky or slippery like some of the other gloss. They are very hydrating and give complete coverage. After removing this gloss your lips don’t feel dry they feel soft and supple.

It stays on well for 2 hrs without feathering or budging. I don’t know about the darker shades but this one don’t stain. It really feels light on lips and makes your lip look fuller. They are not over shiny or contain shimmer in it. This are for $15 but I think they are bit expensive on luxola.com I will put the link below if you would like to check it. Overall I am pretty impressed with this gloss it’s a lovely color to have in your daily routine. They are so well pigmented having such moisturising formula.

NYX MATTE LIPSTICK REVIEW AND SWATCHES

Recently I got two beautiful matte lipsticks from NYX cosmetics. This entire matte range has amazing shades just to pick two among them was difficult choice to make. But I did it and I have got Natural and Shocking Pink shades.

I love matte lipsticks whether they are in deep shades or nudes I simple adore them. I think they stay on for long time and give perfect finish to lips.

Lets talk about NYX matte lipstick packaging they come in black matte finish tube with bold letters MATTE written on it . There is a transparent ring on the tube which lets us see the shade of lipstick. So you don’t have to open tube every time to check the shades out. Shade name is written on the bottom of the tube.

Packaging is very sturdy and they don’t look cheap at all.

NYX cosmetics is best when it comes to price and quality both. Its one of my favorite drugstore brand. Nyx always has products which not only look attractive but are Good in quality also.

This lipsticks are not powdery matte but instead they are quite moisturising to lips. They don’t make your lips dry so its ok not to use lip balm except for you have got chapped lips.

They glide on very smoothly and the texture is creamy to matte. You don’t have to drag or pull to get proper application. The quality is really amazing. They are most affordable matte lipsticks compared to other high end brands.

This lipsticks are super pigmented and can also be used on pigmented lips.

Natural lipstick is kind of warm nude shade it can go on almost every skin tone. Currently I love using this kind of shades they look really pretty when applied in daytime as well as night time.

Shocking pink is bright fuchsia pink its more cool tone and would go on perfectly with fair tone girls. This color do stain as its super pigmented pink . I was amazed how this color turned out to be its bright beautiful pink. They don’t smudge or budge there is no feathering of this lipsticks.

Staying power of this lipsticks are much longer than the non matte lipsticks. And I really prefer using matte lipstick for when you are out for long hours. This particular lipstick stay on for 5-6 hrs and you don’t require to do touch ups.

Overall loved this lipsticks wish could get in some more shades. They have lot of shades in this range you get lot of options to choose from.
They also don't make your lips feel dried out like soft matte lip cream so girls if your prefer matte with moisturising texture this are perfect to go with.
