COLOURPOP ULTRA BLOTTED LIPS REVIEW SWATCHES

Hello angels,

Finally after one month of placing order I got my Colourpop package I had placed order from their official website but due to free shipping it was delivered late..I was waiting for so long to try them. I had ordered the latest trend setting lipsticks which is ultra blotted lips. These lipsticks works like a stain and give you a feel of blotted lips or a just kissed lip look.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

For that soft, diffused just-blotted look, our medium coverage liquid lipstick dries matte, doesn’t budge, and feels soft and comfy on the lips.

I sometimes love using lip stains where the coverage is light to medium lets take a look how this lipsticks work.

These lipsticks comes in a usual white cardboard box packaging with a clear liquid lipstick tube it has a doe foot applicator.

I have picked up two shades Doozy and Bit O Sunny. Bit o sunny looks like a bright red in the tube but when applied gives a FUCHSIA Red stain. Doozy is a warm rose nude shade which will work on every skin tone. The formula is buildable so you can have light to medium coverage. The texture is smooth but doesn’t give even application. I had to apply two swipes of it to get a proper application. The formula is drying so its better to exfoliate lips and hydrate them. The finish is complete matte. The formula can flake if you have dry lips. It doesn’t crack or smudge. Stays well for 3-4 hrs. I felt the formula could be more long lasting as it’s a lip stain. After application it feels ultra light on lips. It feels lot more comfortable then usual liquid matte lipsticks.

Overall Recommended these lipsticks are very affordable and as just kissed look is going to be very much in trend you should definitely try. Girls who like to have stained lips or light coverage lipstick for everyday look can also go for ULTRA BLOTTED LIPS.

Today I will be sharing with you a very quick review on NEW MAYBELLINE HYPER IMPACT LINER. This is basically a felt tip water proof liquid liner.

Maybelline is recently launching some of the great products. One of them is this liner. Felt tip liner is a must have for me I always find them easy to use and also they save lot of time. As I am always running out of the black liners I had to get this one. Now this liner gives darkest possible matte eye look in 20 seconds. Isn’t it great. Also it claims to stay for as long a s 24 hrs.

This liner comes in white packaging which is something different for Maybelline as most of liners have black packaging. The felt tip is so precise and flexible I was absolutely in love with it. Impact liner is perfect for the beginners. And its very easy on application. It gives a intense jet black matte effect. This liner stays for 7-8 hrs I haven’t tried using it for more than that.. it’s a smudge proof waterproof liner. Perfect to wear them in hot humid climates or in rains. You can get a thinnest possible line with this liner and also you can create thick bold cat liner. It’s also heat proof and transfer proof.

I personally prefer using felt tip liners rather than using a brush liquid liners as it gives a better control over it. The formula doesn't flake or fade.

The tip is flexible to give you a perfect wing liner.

Overall I loved it and I think everyone should try this out. It looks beautiful and totally inexpensive. Also its very easy to apply and glides effortlessly. I don’t need to drag or over apply it. Just one stroke and you are ready to go. Also I find this type of liners are travel friendly there is no mess in application and very convenient to use it.

NEW MAYBELLINE DREAM ONE DAY PERFECT LASTING BASE REVIEW

Ahhh!! Finally there is a new primer in town. As there is always lack of good drugstore primer I was so excited to get one from MAYBELLINE. Today I will be reviewing NEW MAYBELLINE DREAM ONE DAY PERFECT DUAL PROTECTION LASTING BASE. I was really confused when I first saw it because it helps to hydrate your skin at the same time absorbs sebum and reduces oiliness. This primer comes in a plastic bottle with a nozzle. And a silver twist open cap. The nozzle dispenses right amount of product. The makeup base is a Peachy white liquid which gets quickly absorbed into skin. The texture is smooth and watery which leaves a shine free matte finish.

This base goes on all skin tones as it doesn’t have any color pigments.

You have to use it before application of makeup take few drops on your fingertips and blend into the skin. As you all know I have a combination skin this doesn’t leave any oily residue on my skin. I really liked the formula even though applied in more quantity it feels like nothing has been used and gives fresh skin look. Its so light weight and helps my makeup to stay for 7-8 hrs. When I am out in hot and humid climate I do observe some shine after 3-4 hrs on my tzone. It gives a semi matte to complete matte finish. Also it hydrates my skin and I don’t feel a need to use a moisturizer. But if you have dry skin you may have to use light weight moisturizer. The foundation blends well on this makeup base. It contains spf 18pa++ which is great to use for summers and day time.

I am using this almost every single day. You can also use under bb creams or tinted foundations. It really helps my makeup to stay shine free for 7hrs. The formula gets quickly absorbed into skin so its a quick way to get a lasting makeup. It doesn’t contain any silicone. So it may not cover your pores completely or even out your skin surface but still gives you flawless makeup look. It makes my skin feel fresh without clogging pores.

Overall I would definitely say this is a must have product. It works on all skin tones, various skin types and in all climates. This will definitely make your makeup stay long. Highly recommended for normal to oily skin types. Its available at very affordable price range.

colorful crayons

NEW LAKME ABSOLUTE MASABA LIP POUT MATTE REVIEW

I am back again with NEWLY LAUNCHED LAKME ABSOLUTE LIP POUT MATTE.

These matte crayons were just recently launched in collaboration with the designer MASABA GUPTA.

The range is basically inspired by 90's sugar candies and the packaging of the crayon is bright colorful and you can play around with them.

There are 10 exciting shades in this range. The shade names are also quite resembling to candies.

So gals are you ready to mix and match and play with this colorful candy crayons.

Lets take a look.

There are 10 shades which is divided into 5 groups. Each color group consist of two shades. They come in a colorful box packaging with a chubby stick inside.

These crayons are twist up so you don’t have to sharpen them. It’s a limited edition collection so if you love lip crayons do try them out before it goes out of stock.

I picked up 3 shades from 3 different groups. Shades are SMOKEY RED, BUBBLE PINK & ROLE A COLA. Bubble pink is a beautiful mid tone pink shade will be suitable for girl in town.

Smokey red is a bright vibrant fun red having warm orange tones.

Role a cola is a very different deep purple shade. I haven’t tried such shade ever so really excited to try this one.

The formula is almost similar to their previous lip tint matte collection. It doesn’t contain any fragrance. The smokey red has a special ingredient which is a mango butter. All lip crayons are non drying on lips and stay really well for 5-6 hrs. Its doesn’t stain my lips. The formula doesn’t cling to dry patches. The texture is quite soft and smooth on application. You don’t need to drag them inspite of being a matte formula. It gives a complete matte finish in one swipe. The intensity of pigments is very good giving high color pay off. It gives opacity and coverage in just 1-2 swipes. The color is buildable so you can do that for getting more deeper bolder colors. These lip crayon don’t transfer much. Also due to some of the ingredient it gives a moisturizing effect to lips. They are very easy to remove. Also it doesn’t accentuate fine lines on lips.

Overall recommended I loved the packaging its really fun to use this crayons. Also they are matte which makes me more obsessed with them. They really have all kind of shades nude orange purple pinks and red. Also you can use two colors for creating fun look. The shades are so versatile every skin tone can carry them well.
