MAYBELLINE SUPERSTAY MATTE INK LIQUID LIPSTICK REVIEW

Hello angels,

Today I am going to review latest launch from Maybelline New York SUPERSTAY MATTE INK LIQUID LIPSTICK. I got this from Superdrug on my last visit to UK. These range comes in 10 different shades. As there was an offer going on I choose two shades from CREATOR & PIONEER.

It comes in a square matte color coded tube with a white cap. You can easily differentiate from colors without having to open it.

It has flocked sponge applicator which gives a perfect application to lips.

Now coming to its texture its thick and creamy gives even application in one stroke. It’s a non drying formula which feels comfortable on my dry lips too.

Doesn’t flake away or fade.

Stays well for 7-8hrs without bleeding or feathering of the product.

The colors are super saturated with the pigments and no doubt it gives complete opacity to pigmented lips too. I feel this is the longest lasting matte liquid lipsticks among all the drugstore lippies.

This lip color comes off easily with the makeup remover. Even the darkest shade doesn’t stain my lips. It does contains faint vanilla fragrance which doesn't last long. It does accentuate fine lines but doesn’t cling on to dry patches. The formula doesn't settles into fine lines. It claims to stay for 16 hrs but I really haven’t tried keeping it for so long. The formula after getting dry gives a little sticky feel to it which can feel uncomfortable on lips. As the texture is thick and creamy it gives a little heavy feel to it. Well the stickiness doesn’t last for long.. It gives a velvety matte finish to lips nothing which completely dries out your lips. The formula is completely waterproof and smudge proof.

OVERALL RECOMMENDED. The shades are incredibly beautiful if you are looking for something which has amazing staying power and of course a matte liquid lipstick you need to try this out.

PIONEER is beautiful bold red having cool tones. Its suitable for every skin tone.

CREATOR is a gorgeous purple shade which is quite wearable by various skin tones.

LOREAL PARIS COLOR RICHE MATTE ADDICTION LIPSTICK REVIEW

Hope you all had a great weekend!!! LIPSTICKS is all I am in mood to talk about. The new launches from L'Oreal Paris really excites and I can't wait to share it with you all. So my previous post was all about LE MATTE LIPCOLOR & today I will be talking about NEW COLOR RICHE MATTE ADDICTION LIPSTICKS.

I love loreal color riche range I think they already stand out from rest of drugstore lipsticks.

Also I am a huge fan of loreal it’s the only brand I always keep looking for their new launch products.

These lipsticks come in a black leather finish packaging it shuts and opens with a click which makes it sturdy and travel friendly.

Well there are only 9 shades launched in India I picked up two of them which are PINK A PORTER & PLUM TUXEDO.

PINK A PORTER

It’s a everyday coral shade with warm pink tones which is suitable for many skin tones. Its not so highly pigmented which makes it easy to use on routine days.

PLUM TUXEDO

Its not like usual plum shades in your stash its more like purple toned plum which leaves a stain behind and is heavily pigmented. Well its pretty color for evening wear.

These lipsticks have a smooth texture glides on lips without having to drag or pull. Gives even and effortless application. They have a non drying formula as it contains jojoba oil. If you apply lip balm this lipsticks can bleed. So try applying a lip liner with it. The formula can sometime cling on to dry patches & settle into fine lines. Some of the shades are heavily pigmented while some are not. It doesn't accentuate fine lines.

Darker shades leave a stain behind while lighter shades just fade away. What I liked about the formula is that they are very long lasting. It doesn’t transfer and survives through meals. You may need touch up but the staying power is for 4-5 hrs. The formula is feather light and gives comfortable feel on lips. The finish of this lipsticks is like a soft velvet matte. Usually there is no smudging or feathering of the product. The color pay off is excellent which makes matte addiction totally worth it.

These lipsticks contains fragrance which is bit annoying but it disappears after few mins of application.

Overall I love using them they are the most easy to apply matte lipsticks. The shade range is limited but has got some amazing pink, nudes and red shades. Besides this shade I would love to try MAHOGANY STUDS which is a gorgeous brown shade. Some of the shades are really worth trying out. If you have dry lips and love matte lipsticks with saturated pigments you should definitely try it out.

Welcome back to my blog .. I have been going crazy with so many new drugstore makeup products. I am all over the places right now. Never mind I have got something new and exciting launch from L’Oreal. Its color riche LE MATTE lipcolor in SHES SO MATTE and MATTE FOR ME. Lets take a look…

There are 5 shades available in this range and they are completely of velvety matte finish.

It comes in twist on stick with a oval shaped tip. It reminds me of Maybelline blur lipstick ..but this one has a better packaging and better formula.

It comes in a color coordinated opaque packaging very easy to carry. They are also easy to apply on the go.

The formula is non drying which makes it wearable for dry lips too. The texture is soft and creamy which gives effortless application.

The formula stays well for 4-5 hrs including meals. It doesn’t stain my lips. There is no feathering or bleeding of the product.

It does transfer but not completely. LE MATTE doesn't contain any fragrance.

The formula is quite lightweight and comfortable to wear.

The opacity and pigmentation of the color is superb. Single swipe and you get complete coverage for pigmented lips too.

SHES SO MATTE is a beautiful warm dusty nude shade. You going to love this shade for daily use also suitable for fair, medium to dusky skin tones.

MATTE FOR ME. Is a bright fuchsia pink shade almost with a tinge of cool tones.

Again if you love exploring pink shades this is a worth the try.

OVERALL LOVED IT. you can say this is my another lipstick obsession form LOREAL PARIS. I do love mattes especially when they have a non drying formula and are so easy to go with. When it comes to application I am really not so good at liquid mattes specially if I am in hurry I prefer something which doesn't require careful application like LE MATTE LIPCOLOR. If you are like me who don’t like messing around with liquid lipsticks still want something in mattes this is worth trying out.

SLEEK MAKEUP MATTE ME ULTRA SMOOTH LIP CREAME NEW SHADES REVIEW

We are almost at the mid of September time is just flying I cannot believe that we are almost on the second half of 2017.. I am so excited there will lots of new autumn collection coming up … cant just wait for autumn to begin.

SLEEK MAKEUP MATTE ME ULTRA SMOOTH LIP CRÈME have got some NEW additional shades from which I picked up FRENCH FANCY & BITTERSWEET. I am going to review it in my todays blog post.

This is the first liquid lipstick I am trying from sleek makeup I have never tried any of the old shades so its totally new for me. I have heard great reviews about it so keep reading to know mine.

The product comes in a simple packaging transparent square tube with black matte cap. And a doe foot applicator which picks up right amount of product.

The texture of these liquid lippies is quite soft and creamy it glides really smooth on lips. They are true to its color & pigmentation.The opacity of the product depends on how pigmented your lips are. I barely needed second swipe. If you have dark lips you can build the coverage by applying 2-3 swipes. The formula is bit drying and can cling on to dry patches. However if you use a lip balm you wont feel any flakiness of the product. The product doesn’t crack on lips and doesn’t settle into fine lines.

Like many other liquid lipsticks it doesn’t accentuate fine lines.

It doesn’t contain any fragrance. Once the liquid lipstick is set which hardly takes few seconds it gives complete matte finish to lips. They are easy to remove even with makeup wipes.

FRENCH FANCY is a pretty pink shade quite bright but more wearable. Will be suitable for many skin tones. Its my personal favorite because I don’t remember when last I wore such beautiful pink shade on my lips.

BITTERSWEET is a just like a warm coral shade but not too bright and looks very subtle for medium skin tones.

Coming to its staying power this lip creams doesn’t last when you are having oily or fried food. It starts getting off from the center of lips. While normally it stays for 5-6 hrs. These lippies once set doesn’t transfer nor does it smudge.

Overall I feel they are quit affordable drugstore matte liquid lipsticks which you can definitely try them out. The shade range is really good. Also for girls who really find difficult time applying liquid mattes these are much easy to go with because of its creamy texture.

HOW TO APPLY
Step One:

Apply with precision using the applicator provided or with your finger tips evenly, layering colour and intensity as you go.

Step Two:

Part your lips, and gently blot using a tissue to remove any excess.
