Hope you all had a great weekend. I wish I could just skip this Monday routine. Its time for second weed of january 2016.. Ohk lets not waste our time thinking about mondays.. Today i am going to review another product from elf cosmetics which is ELF STUDIO MATTE LIP COLOR.

I could have bought this lippies individual but I saw this set mad for matte having 4 matte lippies at a great price. Well this are limited edition set so I don’t know whether this set is still available online or not but you can definitely Buy this lippies individually.

This set comes with 4 shades which are DASH OF PINK, CRANBERRY, BERRY SORBET, RICH RED

This lipsticks are more like crayons and come in a retractable black matte tube. There is color band at the bottom of tube so its easy to identify your shades.

On application I found them smooth very easy to glide on lip crayon. They are moisturizing does not dry out but give you a semi matte finish. You don’t have to tug or pull to get the desired opacity. They are very easy to apply you can even use them as lip pencils as they give precise application. Pigmentation is fair enough you can build more color intensity with 2-3 swipes. It definitely gives good coverage in just one swipe. I used them without having to apply any lipbalm. I loved that this lip crayons are retractable and you don’t have to sharpen them. It also contains vitamin C & E which will keep your lips hydrated for whole day.

It stays well for 3-4 hrs soon starts fading at corners of lip. Darker shades are more intense and pigmented which stays up to 5 hrs. This lipstick don’t bleed or smudge. They come off very easily without staining lips especially darker shades.

DASH OF PINK- it’s a soft girly pink shade.. who wouldn’t love to have this shade . A must have and as i love wearing neutral pinks i have been using this shade constantly.

CRANBERRY- It’s a brick red having warm tones. This shade go on almost every skin tone. Its not so intense so you can carry off anytime.

BERRY SORBET-Its dark intense Berry pink color. I loved this shade. If you love intense deep colors you need to have this shade.

RICH RED- This is not a bold bright red but perfect to use in day as well as night time. Will go on every skin tone. Its Cool toned RED

This lipsticks do not have any fragrance.

They don’t turn out to be completely powdery matte it has bit of sheen. It didn’t accentuate my fine lines. You can always carry them and reapply it after eating and drinking. This lipstick doesn’t transfer much.

Overall loved it completely recommended. I couldn’t have asked for more at such affordable price. The formula is amazing and have beautiful shades to choose from. This matte lip crayon are must have in your vanity. And you really don’t need to save money for getting them as they are available at affordable price. ELF STUDIO MATTE lipstick individually retail for $3 which is quite cheap.
