NEW REVLON ULTRA HD GEL LIP COLOR REVIEW SWATCHES

Hello angels,
Revlon came up with the new range of slim lipsticks known as
ULTRA HD GEL LIP COLOR. It was launched for SPRING 2017 collection which is
going to be permanent addition to ultra HD range. There are 15 gorgeous shades
available and I choose to have two shades which are HD VINEYARD and HD BLOSSOM.
I particularly like the packaging as it’s a very slim and
has a metallic tube with a see through cap.
They are high in
shine and has super creamy formula. On application I could already feel the
slip in texture. I had no issue like
feathering or smudging of formula.
It contains creamy vanilla and mango fragrance which does stay on lips
for a while but I guess this fragrance comes in all Revlon HD lipsticks. I find
it delightful rather then annoying.
As the formula is gel based it gives a glossy finish
it helps to stay my lips moisturized for longer time. The pigmentation is good
enough and doesn’t look sheer on application. Staying power is for 5hrs it does
transfer but leaves some pigment behind. I don’t know how you may like the
feel of these formula but its quite creamy like a balm and doesn’t feel sticky.
It gives comfortable wear for 4-5 hrs. When compared to HD lipsticks the gel
based feels more lighter and silicone free. It may look like the formula
doesn’t hold well on lips but it does. It gives medium coverage to lips. You
can build the color with multiple swipes. I apply 2-3 swipe for getting a
desire color and opacity. The texture is smooth & glides effortlessly. It
doesn’t contain any kind of shimmer particles. The formula doesn’t cling on to
dry patches. It contains hyaluronic acid which is known for its hydrating properties.
Overall I loved the formula It gives a refresh feeling from
usual liquid mattes. If you have dry lips do try them out you can also apply this gel
lip color on any kind of liquid mattes ..as it’s a non drying formula I am
currently using it on daily basis.
The application is so easy then the full size hd
lipsticks and its even fun to carry
them while travelling.

Its more like a orchid pink having cool tones suitable for fair to medium skin tone.
HD VINEYARD
It’s a warm mid tone berry shade which is suitable for every skin tone. Its one of my favorite shade for daily use.
