These days Glowy skin is very much in trend. As you all know how much
I love highlighters whether they are in liquid, powder or cream form. I just love
using them over the past years it has become the most essential product for me.
I was awaiting for L’oreal to launch their True match Lumi
range in India and finally its here. There are two shades available Rose and
Gold. I got the rose Lumi liquid and Powder Illuminator which I will be reviewing today.
First we will talk about LOREAL TRUE MATCH LUMI LIQUID
ILLUMINATOR IN N201 ROSE. The packaging reminds me of NYX BORN TO GLOW. The product
comes in a rose gold sleek plastic tube with a metallic cap which is very easy
to carry.
The formula is basically to highlight your key features or you can also mix it with the foundation, cream for illuminating complexion. I loved the ROSE GOLD shade as it perfectly enhances cool skin tones as well as yellow peach tones. It’s creamy formula which is super blendable on skin. The consistency is thick which makes it easy to apply. Even when applied with foundation it doesn’t look heavy or greasy the formula is ultra light and so I like to layer it again on my cheekbones. It does contain fine shimmer which makes my face glowy. It can be used on daily basis or occasionally. The shimmer particles doesn’t show up. It keeps my skin glowy for 6-7 hrs with the primer. For dry skin the formula can cling on dry patches so you have to prep it.
Overall I am obsessed with this highlighter it totally
illuminates my skin giving a fresh healthy glow. Also I like layering it for getting a Kim Kardashian glow. Also N201 ROSE shade will suit to all neutral skin
tones. It doesn’t smudge and stays well for long hrs. Its like a value for
money.
