Recently COLORBAR launched Amino skin radiant foundation which is made in Italy and is known for its high coverage, water resistant qualities suitable for all skin types. They are available in 8 different shades and I am in shade Petal Fair. Petal fair is a shade for fair skin having pink undertones.

So today I am going to talk more about this high coverage foundation as I really needed one.

The foundation comes in plastic jar not as usual like a pump bottle it has a silver cap and plastic pump when you push downwards the foundation comes out from a center. You just require one pump for entire face and neck. As it’s a high coverage foundation little goes long way. The formula is more creamy and contains lysine and silicone elastomers. LYSINE is a amino acid which helps for maintaining protein layer of skin and providing enough hydration while silicone gives a smooth satin like texture.

The formula blends easily on normal to combination skin for dry skin apply a little moisturizer before putting on this foundation. It gives a medium to high coverage and you can layer them for more buildable coverage. The texture of the foundation is soft and smooth which doesn’t require much efforts in blending. This foundation covers acne marks, spots and gives a even flawless complexion. The formula doesn’t cling on to dry patches. Its extremely wearable on hot and humid days too. The formula doesn’t settle into fine lines. Also it stays well for 8 hrs without the primer. I love long wearing formulas especially during summer. I have a tzone which gets usually shiny after few hrs of application but I was happy to notice as this formula didn’t gave me any shiny or oily look even after 5-6hrs of wear. I didn't apply no loose powder or compact over it. The finish is almost like satin which makes your skin look healthy and bright.

I like using a foundation brush for blending it but you can also blend with fingers. This foundation stays for long time but if you want it to last even longer (12hrs) you have to apply primer. It doesn’t clog my pores and there is no fragrance in this formula.
Overall recommended although the packaging is not so sturdy and can be inconvenience for use, the formula and texture is good. I really didn’t expected it to be so long lasting. Also the shade matches perfect to my skin tone. The foundation is bit pricey but the coverage it provides is fair enough and doesn't look cakey.

Girls who love high coverage foundation and doesn't want a heavy feel can try this. It doesn’t require any additional concealer if you don’t have much blemishes on skin. Welcome back to my blog. So its already Monday and as I start my week with some new products today I have Maybelline color sensational creamy mattes lipsticks Review just for you. As you all must be thinking I am big time fan of maybelline and so I am already obsessing over them.

I am getting crazy seeing my lipstick collection ahh.. coming back to creamy mattes they have launched so many shades at such affordable prices I couldn’t pick just one. So here I have 4 amazing shades NUDE NUANCE, TOUCH OF SPICE, RAVISHING ROSE, DIVINE WINE.

They have a similar packaging to color sensational lipsticks. Also I picked up two new shades from creamy color sensational which are RUM RICHE and ROMANTIC ROSE.

Firstly I loved Divine Wine shade its so amazing that I cant get over it.

This lipstick have a creamy formula and they glide effortlessly on lips.

The texture is soft and creamy giving semi matte finish.

They are moisturizing to lips and I don’t feel any need to apply lipbalm.

The formula doesn’t take away moisture from my lips. Most of the shades give a soft matte finish to lips.

This lipsticks are simply to die for as they are so buttery on application you don’t have to tug or drag them like some of the matte formulas.

It gives even application with good color pay off. Highly pigmented well 2 swipes are enough to give a complete coverage. They are available at cheap price but on application the formula looks rich enough. They don’t contain any sparkle or glitter but you may see sheen on initial application which goes to more velvety matte finish.

They don’t feather or bleed the colors are intense and rich. They don’t flake fade or migrate and stays well for 6 hrs. The formula doesn’t transfer much. They feel feather light on lips and are extremely wearable. The only problem is that some of the shades doesn’t have much pigment and can look patchy especially on pigmented lips. The shades I have choosed are extremely good and can be carried by most of skin tones.

Darker shades do leave light stain on lips. They do have fragrance which is subtle and doesn’t annoy me.

Overall they are so affordable having such amazing shades don’t miss out on divine wine and touch of spice. Formula is great for gals who don’t want a complete drying matte lipstick. They are so easy to wear and doesn’t not give a feel like a powdery matte lipstick where you may have to tug or drag during application.

Maybelline have got us the most amazing creamy matte formula. It has lived up to my expectations and I am happy with the shades I got.

Must have shade will go on every skin tone it’s a dark wine shade for evening look. Makes you teeth look whiter.

Touch of spice

Again a must have shade looks great on most of the skin tones. It’s a mauvey marsala kind of shade . I always wanted this kinda shades. Can look dark on very fair skin tones.

Nude nuance

It’s a kind of brownie nude shade on my skin tone it looks like a medium tone brown lipstick this shade is very much trending and it will look much better on medium skin tones.

Ravishing rose

A soft cool tone pink. Perfect for summers.

Romantic rose
Its a creamy lipstick having glossy finish this shade is only suitable for fair skin tones. Its a pale pink shade which can look washed out on darker skin tones.

Rum riche

A warm brown glossy finish shade. Its very moisturizing and has good pigmentation.

Hello everyone,

I had a eye on this cleanser for a very long time and I have been seriously waiting to try it. I have used lots of products from Forest Essential but never tried their cleanser.

This product has already got best of reviews and so now I am going to add my personal experience with it.

I had really high expectations &...& it didn’t disappoint me at all. Usually I never repeat my face wash. I remember except for Clinique I have never got a chance to repeat any of face wash. And now when I have been using this cleanser for a week I am always finding an excuse to wash my face with it. I am definitely going to remember b this cleanser and repeat it.

So this face wash comes in plastic clear bottle with a pump and cap. I have got the bigger size which is for 200ml. You can also get smaller version for trial or if you want to carry it while travelling. Its suitable for all skin types but preferably for normal to combination. Its a amber colored liquid cleanser which is almost like gel thicker in consistency.

Ingredients: Aqua, glycerine, calendula officinalis, Kumud flower extract, Kewada leaf extract, Jasmine flower oil,Lemon juice,Organic honey,Neem leaf extract, Nagkesar, Anantmool, Saffron Extract, vitamin E.

You just need one pump for entire face and neck. It gives mild lather to face I liked how it helped cleanse my face. My skin felt softer fresh and glowing. It doesn’t make my skin dry as I have a combination skin it keeps my face fresh for only 2-3 hrs then I start noticing oil over my tzone. This bottle will last you for very long time. It has all the natural ingredients like neem and saffron which helps in purifying skin at same time giving a glow. It doesn’t cause me any breakouts. So if you have tendency to break out you should try this as neem will help to clear bacteria in your skin without stripping of your natural oils. I never feel like applying moisturizer after this face wash. Some of the face wash make your skin tight and dry where you need to put some moisturizer they strip of all the natural oils from skin which is not really good. This cleanser has no parabens no artificial fragrance and no sulphate.

It also helps you remove light makeup but I always prefer taking off my makeup and then cleansing with this face wash.

I totally recommend this after Clinique face wash this has been the best for my skin. Its so pure and gentle and I also liked the fragrance as its of natural ingredients like neem and saffron but felt little stronger. Some of them may not like as its reminds of pure Ayurvedic medicated face wash. But still I love using it. Its up to my expectations and I look forward to try more cleansers from forest essentials. Everyone needs to try this cleanser at least once.

LAKME 9TO5 WEIGHTLESS MOUSSE LIP AND CHEEK COLOR REVIEW SWATCHES

The moment I heard Lakme is launching matte lip creams I was super excited and thrilled to try them out. NEW WEIGHTLESS MOUSSE LIP AND CHEEK COLOR comes in 10 different shades and Its a part of lakme 9to5 range. This reminds me much of Nyx Soft Matte lip cream and my obsession over it. Well girls now you have matte lip creams by LAKME. I was just hoping they have good shade range. I got them online without checking out any swatches. But when it arrived and I tried out I was just so amazed I think this is one of the best lakme lip product. Now they come in pink opaque tube and a rose gold glossy cap. I think they could have made the packaging more attractive. It has a slant doe foot applicator almost like a pear shaped. It gives the most comfortable and easy application. There are 10 shades each available for INR 575/- which is quite affordable.

I picked up 3 beautiful shades BLUSH VELVET, ROSE TOUCH & PLUM FEATHER.

All of the shades have a autumn feel to it. So if you are looking for matte lip creams in Indian version then you exactly know how to grab them. The formula is soft creamy and super light in texture. Its not at all streaky on application. It feels air light when applied on lips. You can comfortably wear them from 9 to 5. The shades go on almost every skin tones. You can also use them on cheeks with a finger or stippling brush. Just lightly blends into skin while dabbing with a finger. When applied on lips it gives me smooth velvety finish and almost turns to soft matte lip color in few seconds. Its hydrating to some extent so its ok to not put any lip balms. They are very less transferrable and stays on for 7-8 hrs with slight touch ups. The formula is completely non drying. I first thought it would stay like a semi matte lipstick but it almost goes to powder matte without having to feel dry. Even on cheeks it gives a tinted soft color you just need one dot as Its strongly pigmented. It gives complete coverage on lips too. Doesn’t accentuate fine lines. It also doesn’t bleed or smudge. It doesn't have any shimmer. Has a very light fragrance like a some cupcakes. Blush too stays for 6-7 hrs which is just amazing.

Overall recommended. I totally didn't expected it to have such amazing formula and texture. They are quite thicker when compared to nyx soft matte lip creams. I feel so happy that lakme finally coming up with matte lip creams. In winter I don't prefer powder blushes rather I go for something which gives my cheeks a tint of rose pink color and this mousse are perfect for it.

BLUSH VELVET

If you are looking for perfect warm neutral shade for office wear this is it. Also its a great color for blush.

ROSE TOUCH

It’s a SOFT ROSE MAUVEY SHADE. One of my favourite shades. Its quite muted and looks sophisticated on almost every indian skin tone.
