How is your week starting off ? I just need to escape Monday with some coffee and music. So coming to
work last week I had post about some New L'Oreal products and coming to Glam bronze duo powder in 102 Brunette Harmony is what we going to talk about today.
This bronzer comes in a square plastic compact case with double
level.
First one has a bronzer and highlighter second level has a
mirror and brush for application of bronzer.
Firstly before i forget to mention it I loved this product its
such a travel friendly compact bronzer
cum highlighter. You can just carry them in your bag easily. I am personally fan of big disc shaped bronzers but this one just makes it so more easy. So now you can have a
bronzer on the go. This bronzer has two levels as I described. So the first
level has two powders one is bronzer and other is highlighter.
The highlighter shade is for highlighting cheekbones while
the bronzer is for contouring. You can also combine both the shades and use as
shimmery bronzer or blush.
I also liked the texture of powder its not gritty dry or too
powdery but it blends well into skin. It doesn't clog my pores or give me any break outs. Doesn't give patchy or cakey look. Stays on well for 6-8 hrs. It doesn’t fade
or disappear after few hrs like some of the products do. The shade is perfect for fair to medium skin tones.
However medium tones may need to apply more to get a proper bronze effect while
fair tones need very little. The bronzer has little sheen to it. NO visible shimmer particles in it. Pigmentation
is good enough. The highlighter is lightly pigmented compared to bronzer. You
need to apply more to get that glowy effect especially for lighter skin tones.
While medium to deeper skin tones can
carry it off well.
You can also used this duo powder on eyes for softer crease
shadow and highlighting inner corner of eyes.
Overall this product doesn’t serve the purpose of contouring
like other matte powders do but it’s a good travel friendly bronzer and
highlighter. It looks like natural bronzer for some of the skin tones. The
shades are warm and bit of orangey than brown. I would want the highlighter to
be more pearly and having more sheen. I always keep it in my bag while
travelling also it can transform your work look to party look when you have to
carry only 1-2 makeup tools.
RECOMMENDED for girls who just want to start using bronzer or if you want something compact easy to apply easy to carry.
