HELLO angels

Yes finally I got a chance to grab this exciting new launch Lakme matte lip tint.

I was almost checking them on Instagram for their launch date. But at same time it was making me want them more. As you all know matte lipsticks are so much in trend now after their Lakme absolute sculpt lipsticks which i am completely in love with this lip tints are gonna make you all crazy. The price range totally attracted me 650/- INR is fair enough for such a lip crayon.

I absolutely love chubby stick packaging I still love Revlon colorburst mattes and now this one look totally adorable having a matte opaque tube packaging with silver cap. They are totally retractable so no need of sharpening. They come in 6 shades which are bright and vibrant having pink oranges and red. I think it will be fun to play with this colors for college girls. I picked up two shade among them well I had first decided to get Magenta Magic and Victorian Rose but ended up getting Tangerine Touch instead of Magenta Magic and Victorian Rose. TANGERINE TOUCH is a perfect matte orange crayon. If you describe them as crayon they fit perfectly. Because this lip tints they give a little hard feel to it. They almost look like a perfect lip crayon. And so I found bit difficult in application. They are on drier side compared to Revlon colorbust matte balm. The pigmentation is fair enough but you need to tug and pull over lips for getting the opacity. If you have dry chapped lips its definitely gonna highlight the patches. Well I was expecting it to be creamy as lip tints do have some moisturising properties. With this lip tints its difficult to get even application in just one stroke. Although it feels very light on lips but also makes them feel dry. As this are dry in application you need to exfoliate and moisturise lips before using this crayons.

They give absolutely matte finish to lips. But I was expecting more out of this lippies and it definitely felt little disappointment. It stays on well for 3-4 hrs does not transfer much. After few hrs it does settles in fine lines of lips. It also has mild fragrance which is barely noticeable. If you have pigmented lips you will need to have multiple swipes for getting the exact color of tube.

All colors are bright and vibrant which will suit almost all skin tones.

Tangerine touch is perfect matte orange lipstick which can go on every skin tone. Victorian rose is one of my fav colors it’s a beautiful pinkish red color again bold and bright color.

As they are matte and have dry formula there is no fear of smudging or budging.

NEW Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi Definition Matte Lipstick Review

Hi lovelies,

This season lakme has come up with its first hi definition sculpting matte lipsticks. And if you are obsessed with matte lipstciks just like me you gonna like this very new range of lipsticks from Lakme which claims that it’s a one stroke rich matt lipstick which even helps to sculpt and define your lips. I was waiting for this lipsticks as I had seen its post on instagram and they were going to launch it during Lakme Fashion Week Summer Resort 2015. And so finally it was unveiled on first day of fashion week itself. There are 15 bright highly pigmented shades in rich maroon, bright pinks and deep reds. When I checked out at Lakme counter I just got 10 Shades to test in which Red Flames Red Rush and Burgundy Affair were quite similar too each other.

I picked up two shades Mauve fix which reminded me of Marsala color of the year and Pink caress which I will be reviewing today. They have same packaging like Lakme absolute Gloss Addicts which is in matte grey with see through cover. This lipsticks are soft in texture.
Glides on easily but you need to apply lipbalm if you have chapped lips. The color pay off is excellent and the formula is non drying. It gives perfect matte finish lips in one stroke. They are quite long lasting does not stain my lips and lasted for 7-8 hrs including meals.
They do not smudge or bleed. It gives a precise application. This lipsticks are highly recommended by lakme experts.

Mauve fix is a beautiful soft mauve color its muted and if you don’t like much brighter shades this one will be perfect for you. It will go on every skin tone and its one of my personal favourite too. Its a must have shade for this year. Its very similar to Revlon matte balm in Sultry.

Pink caress is a very bright pink shade super pigmented and one stroke is enough to give maximum opacity . When I swatched it on hand it looked like it had more coral tone but when applied on lips it was perfect bright pink. And it was totally different from pink me up and pink glam which were more on deep pinks.

Overall I loved it they are non drying matte lipsticks which also has great lasting power. All the shades are perfect for indian skin tone. Just make sure you try out shades rather than buying online so that you don't end up buying similar shades. Recommended!

HOW TO APPLY:

Step 1: Pull out the cap.

Step 2: Start applying from the centre of your upper lip.

Step 3: Work from the centre towards the outer edges of your lip, following the contours of your mouth.

Step 4: Glide across the entire bottom lip.

LAKME NEW ENRICH SATIN LIPSTICK REVIEW

Finally I got a chance to write about this lipsticks.. I had got this two lipsticks few days back from Lakme and never got chance to review them and I absolutely had no idea about Lakme launching this lipstick. I had not seen any add OR posters in magazines I just found out when i was passing through lakme counter. This Lakme enrich satin lipsticks are from the very old collection of Lakme they have now reinvented their packaging and introducing new 10 shades of lipsticks. Almost all shades in this range have pink tones.

Claims:

Steal the show with an intense, vibrant pout. The added goodness of olive oil and Vitamin E helps keep your lips feeling satin soft.

I was super confused while selecting them as all were in pink I had to try almost all and ended up buying two i could have bought more shades but as you all know I was not pretty sure about its formula so thought of trying out with this two first. As you can always go back and buy again. This lipsticks have no name just a no. code. I have got this two beautiful shades in P165 & P169. They come in Matt silver box packaging. I loved this see through plastic packaging it looks very attractive. The top of stick shuts with a click. Having see through cover so you can see the lipstick shades from top on bottom there is code written which are so difficult to remember. I never liked its old lipstick packaging which was in dull purple colour.

P 165 is coral pink shade which can go on any skin tone and it can be worn on pretty any occasion while P169 is perfect bright pink shade lovely colour for young girls. They do not contain any shimmer. Texture of this lipstick are super soft rich and creamy. You don’t need to apply lip balm as this are quite moisturising to lips. It does not make my lips dry as they have vitamin e and olive oil. Does not settle into fine lines. Quite pigmented on one swipe and colour is buildable. Its gives satin to glossy finish on lips. It has still got old floral scent. What I was not sure of this lipsticks when I was trying them out that they were super soft and I think this could make the application uneven or messy. But they are not at all messy and gives me even application on just one swipe. It does not last for more than 3 hrs including meals. This lipsticks are transferable and do not bleed.
No ingredients are mentioned on lipstick.

Overall i am impressed with this lipsticks they are totally inexpensive and have so many pretty shades and I think I would love to buy more shades. Recommended.
