Hello beauty buff,

I have been really waiting to review new lip products from Maybelline. I seriously wanted to post last week itself finally I am sitting down and doing this.

Maybelline recently just before diwali launched some amazing products like COLOR JOLT MATTE INTENSE LIP PAINT & COLOR INTENSE LIP CRAYON

I didn’t purchase all of the shades so I thought of doing a combine review.

They are available at very affordable price range so I think you can grab more then one from each range.

Color jolt matte intense lip paint my first impression looking at that packaging they are so cute and can be carried in your smallest hand bag or pocket.

They are small see through tubes having a sponge applicator. They almost feel like a lip lacquer. Lets find out more. So the formula is thick but gives a smooth and perfect application. When compared to OCC lip tar these are more good at application. While OCC lip tar are really thick and difficult for getting even application. Color jolt are something fun modern and something new for drugstore beauty trend.

You just have to squeeze the tube for application. It gives a flawless application so smooth and goes even across the lips. This lip lacquer are highly pigmented and go bold with just one stroke however you can build the product for getting more intense and bolder version. As the formula is creamy it provides little hydration to lips. It doesn’t flake or settle into fine lines. The formula doesn’t migrate around there is no smearing.. Even after two coats of application it doesn’t feel tacky or sticky.

The formula doesn’t settle into center of lips. It’s a creamy lightweight formula which is comfortable to wear for long hrs. It has a sweet fragrance which is pleasant as it doesn’t stay for long. Initially they may feel like bit of shiny gloss but soon it sets into semi matte finish.

It stays on for 4-5 hrs as its creamy in texture it does transfer and leaves a stain behind. After meals you may need to apply it again as the formula starts fading away.

Overall I loved the packaging and there are some amazing fun shades to try. Also I am done with so matte finish lipsticks that I really wanted to get something creamier velvety matte. INNISFREE HAUL REVIEW PRODUCT SWATCHES

Hey my angels,

We all know Innisfree is an natural organic Korean beauty brand. They not only have great skin care range but also complete makeup range. And now the entire collection is available in India with its first store opening at Mumbai which was quite a surprise for me. I got my hands on some of their best selling products. I am really glad Korean brand have finally entered Indian beauty markets. Now I have whole lot of products to review so I am combining all that in one single post. Hope you enjoy reading and finding out some great products.

So lets start with their Its Real Squeeze Sheet Mask. I got two of them Pomegranate and Rose. Rose is for brightening and glowing skin. While Pomegranate is for firming and glowing skin. I have heard lot about Innisfree sheet mask and wanted to get them long back but the day has arrived where I can finally try them. This mask are good for hydration and they need to be kept on face for 15-20 mins and then pat lightly on face so that the product left on skin gets absorbed. This mask are completely soaked in liquid and they don't get dry with one use.. both the mask had similar effect it gave my skin boost of hydration. There was not much brightening effect but next day my skin was glowing. However this results are very temporary. So if you going out for dinner parties or weeding you can definitely get them there are much variety available for every skin type.

Moving on to my next products is the Kit masque this I got free on my purchase. It has 5 best recipe capsule packs. From which 2 of them are sleeping masque. The best selling masque is volcanic clay mask it’s a normal clay masque which you apply and leave it for 10- 15 mins let it dry and wash of. It completely helps in closing my pores. My skin felt soft and smooth. This masque can be used by all skin types.

I love using makeup removing tissues so I got Olive Real Cleansing tissues it helps in taking my makeup off leaving my skin moisturised. It also removes waterproof makeup.

Apple juicy eye makeup & lip remover. It comes in a bright green bottle with a pump. This cleanser helps in removing all eye makeup and lip products evenf i its waterproof it takes of with ease. It smells faintly of green apple. Moreover this products are cruelty free and preservative Free.

Now coming to my favorite part makeup so there was complete ma range of makeup products from foundation to lip lacquer lipsticks mascara cushion foundation and nail paints. It was difficult for me choosing what to try as every product had so many beautiful shades. I picked up this lip lacquer which applies like a gloss. It doesn’t have name but there were 10 shades available. Its like a pigmented gloss. Doesn’t feel sticky on lips. It has a sponge applicator. Gives a glossy finish. Highly pigmented and give opacity in one swipe. This shade is lovely pink having purple tones it can go on every skin tone. It contains camellia oil which helps hydrate your lips. Staying power is for 3 hrs and leaves a pink stain on lips.

CREAMY TINT LIPSTICKS are Longlasting moisturizing matte lipsticks. I picked up a shade which is very similar to Mac All fired up. The formula is moisturizing and applies effortlessly on lips. It gives a complete matte finish. I loved how pigmented they are you need just two swipes for complete opacity. It doesn’t smudge or bleed. Staying power is quite long 5-6 hrs with meals. The texture feels so light on lips. I am totally impressed with the formula and creamy texture of lipsticks.

Black kohl from Innisfree is so soft and intense. Very highly pigmented and stays for 5-6 hrs. It’s a beautiful BLACK kohl which doesn't smudge on lower as well as upper lash line. But its not complete waterproof. You don't need to drag or pull for getting intense black color. It applies effortlessly.

Overall I liked most of the products from Innisfree. You can try different type of skin care products and makeup products too. Some of the products like creamy tint lipstick and kohl are worth trying out. Also some of the products are cruelty free and most of them contain natural organic ingredients like JeJu and Green tea. None of the products were disappointing.

REVLON ULTRA HD LIP LACQUER REVIEW

Hi beauties,

I have already reviewed Revlon Ultra Hd lipstick in my previous post. And today I am going to review New Ultra Hd lip lacquer from this range. I am actually not a gloss fan and I rarely use glosses in my daily routine. I pick glosses very carefully as I hate that tacky sticky feel on my lips especially when the weather is humid and I am at some windy open place. But i had to picked this Revlon wax free gel technology ultra hd lip lacquer which claims to be extremely lightweight on lips. Revlon has launched beautiful sparkling 15 shades in lip lacquer and I have picked up two among them which are Tourmaline and Sunstone. Wait gals i haven't seen all the 15 shades yet there were only 10-12 shades available at Revlon counter. I am not sure they have come up with all 15 shades in India. OK so when I tried this ~~glosses~~ lip lacquer I was simply amazed by how pigmented they were. The colors were so bright so opaque and having dazzles of shimmer. I was simply attracted by seeing the tubes they look so colourful and bright.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION-

Lip lacquer goes HD with our innovative wax-free gel technology. Get true color clarity, vivid high-impact shine and a bouncy, lightweight feel. Available in 15 high-definition shades.

The packaging is clear plastic tube having a crystal on top. It has got a brush applicator. Which actually takes a lot of product from the tube and making the application quite messy.

I tried almost all the shades few were creamy some of them were metallic having shimmers . I have choose the brightest color Tourmaline which is Neon Fuchsia pink having shimmer and Sunstone which is a peachy coral color again having shimmer in it. The formula is really good. They are highly pigmented. And are not like sheer glosses so girls you can use them even if you have got pigmented lips. Both lipstick and lacquer have a sweet scent which is not at all annoying. The texture is creamy an some what tacky I mean its not slippery or so sticky like some glosses but still you could feel them on lips. They are intensly pigmented giving feel of liquid lipstick having glossy finish. After one application you can not overlayer it as the product some how gets settled into center of lips and then you need to use finger to spread it out evenly I know this sounds gross but you have to be careful with application. All the glitter and shimmers give lips HD look. But some how I loved the lipsticks more. This lip lacquer stays on for 4 hrs and slowly it fades away leaving tint with some shimmer all over lips. They are quite moisturising to lips and after application they do feel a bit heavier than ultra hd lipsticks. They do not dry out lips. Both the shades will go well on all skin tones. If you love experimenting with bright shimmer pigmented glosses go for this colors.

Overall I liked the product. They are not like simple glosses they are more then that. But I only hated the part that it was difficult in applying I had to use my fingers for spreading it evenly. Well colors are really good and highly pigmented still I wouldn’t purchase any more shades in this range. As it contains shimmer you can only use them occasionally. I would rather go for Revlon Ultra hd lipsticks.
