My previous post was about Maybelline Fit Me foundation and
in this post I am going to review Maybelline Fit Me concealer. Fit me concealer
is available only in 3 shades LIGHT, SAND, MEDIUM. I have the lightest shade among that which is is 10 LIGHT.
This concealer is basically Yellow under tone which does not go completely with my skin tone. And its bit
darker than usually what I use. I am quite ohkay with this shade as it doesn't make much difference when i am using with my fit me concealer. This concealer comes in a plastic tube with with black cap and doe foot applicator. I generally prefer creamy concealers over stick ones because
they are much easy to apply. It has got very similar packaging to Nars creamy
concealer. I liked the packaging its very light in weight and makes it easy to carry. The applicator works best for under
eye areas and inner corners etc..
This concelar is very easy to apply and blends beautifully into skin. It has medium coverage so if you have dark black circles you may have to use corrector or some heavy coverage concelar. This concelar does not completely cover any marks or spots. Although I have very light dark circle’s it helps me cover it. This product is not buildable so you can not add layers of it. you need to set them with loose powder or else you will find creases after few hrs, I think this concealer is quite moisturizing so you may not need any under eye cream even if your skin is dry. It stays well for 5 hrs but later on I do observer some creasing in my under eye area. this concelar creases even after setting with loose powder. it gives a natural matte finish after being set. If you do not apply loose powder or pressed powder you will find creasing within 1 hr. It has a very light formula with creamy texture.
Overall I am not so happy with the concealer but still it
works for my dark circles. The shade availability is downside of this product and can be disappointing for many. It also creases a lot so I wouldn’t recommend for someone having fine lines and wrinkles. Because it can accentuate fine lines under eye area. It doesn’t help in giving much coverage to marks and spots. As i don't have much of dark circles or marks for me this medium coverage concealer does a good work.
We usually don't find a good creamy concealer at drugstore it has a decent packaging with good formula.
This is one of the affordable concealers available at
