Yes you heard right SUAGR AS MATTE HELL CRAYON is back with
NEW SHADES. Finally they heard our request for getting new shades in this range. There are 6
more shades now available to choose from. All of the shades are very much in
trend and suitable to all indian skin tones.
I choose Elle woods which is a medium toned brown shade for fair
skin while for other skin tones it looks more like a browny nude. Like every
girl in town can go with this shade. I totally loved using this shade
as its not too dark nor too light but a
perfect brown having balance of warm & cool tones.
Another one is VIOLA gals are already raving about this
shade. Its a perfect mauve for
everyday. You can use them for day or night time paired with smokey eyes. Its
fastest selling shade and a must have
for this season.
Talking about the formula its similar to their previous lip
crayon shades. The formula is creamy having soft and smooth texture. it glides
effortlessly with immense pigmentation. Just one swipe to give you complete
coverage. This lip crayon completely
cover your uneven lip tones. Its not drying but rather giving a comfortable
and weightless application. The formula holds pretty well on lips. Once the
formula sets in to semi matte finish it doesn’t transfer much. The color is buildable. Well I found
this formula to be little more moisturizing then the previous one. Also while sharpening the tip sometimes breaks off. It doesn’t contain any fragrance. It doesn’t accentuate
fine lines. The formula can cling on to dry patches so exfoliate your lips before application.
It has high color pay off. Staying power is for 8 hrs and fades from the centre of lips.
Overall I do recommend MATTE AS HELL lip crayon as they have beautiful shades. The formula is quite long lasting and it doesn’t leave behind any stain except for darker shades like poison envy which fade away leaving a stain. They last for me around 8 hrs. And I barely need to reapply though I carry them wherever I go. They are also very easy to apply this is what I love about lip crayons. I was expecting the formula to be little less creamier and softer. Just so I can avoid wastage of the product while sharpening. With every lip crayon they also give you a free sharpener.
