HI EVERYONE,

Today I will be reviewing two latest products from COLORBAR. Its been recently launched and still not available in all stores. While I was going through some colorbar eye pencils I found out this AIRBRUSH FINISH FLAWLESS LOOSE POWDER WITH ALL DAY LIP AND CHEEK BLUSH STICK.

I love buying products which are really useful for everyday use and I invest more in them rather then the products which I rarely gonna use. How many of you really like colorbar brand I am sure their lipsticks and eye pencils have done wonders on many girls so lets find out are this 2 products also going to be wondrous.

First I will be reviewing Airbrush Flawless Finish Loose Powder ahhh we rarely can find an mineral loose powder in drugstore brands its always the bare minerals and Sephora one that we keep on suggesting. So this really kept me on my toes when I heard mineral powder... bell starts ringing in my head that yes I need dis I am gonna use this on everyday purpose. So I see there are 3-4 shades available and I choose Beige Fair which is lightest and yellow tone powder. There was a pink tone powder too Rose Beige but it seemed to be little dark on my skin. What I could find was Beige Fair as closest to my skin tone. It comes in a round big plastic jar with silver lid. They don’t give any brush with it. So you can not apply them while travelling. Now this powder really wins my heart when you talk about only mineral. It has a light coverage and you can build it to medium. The powder is soft and micro-fine which applies evenly on face. Mineral powders can be applied with large powder brush on foundation or else you can also use kabuki brush to apply. It blends beautifully into skin. I would recommend to use them without any foundation if you have good skin. You can use it also with the concelar. As its mineral based it can be used by acne prone skin it will cause less clogging and breakouts. I am impressed with the formula. It gives a light sheen to face as the minerals like TOPAZ reflects light. It also gives me naturally glowing skin. It doesn’t give you dry or dull look but it brightens and gives even tone complexion also covering some imperfection giving luminous glow. It’s a paraben & fragrance free product.

Overall I completely RECOMMEND this product. If you like using loose powder on everyday purpose opt for mineral to get a soft luminous skin and also it will help in evening out skin tone though it may not cover dark spots and pigmentation but it does minimize your pores and fine lines.

Moving on to the ALL DAY LONG CHEEK AND BLUSH STICK. There were 4 shades available and I went with ROSE GOLD it’s a amazing highlighting shade. More than blush I like using highlighter and so this can be really useful for everyday look. It comes in form of Chubby Blush Stick with twist open at bottom. It’s in a rose gold tube. This can be used as highlighter OR sculpting cheekbones also can be used on EYES & lips for making any lipstick of lighter shade. It’s a creamy highlighter but gives a satin finish. It does a good job of highlighting cheekbones.The shade is warm so will go on many skin tones. I think its worth to spend some money on stick highlighter rather than blush. When applied as highlighter it gives soft luminous glow. I would definelty recommend to everyone who wants a good drugstore highlighter. This highlighter does have flecks of shimmer which is very light and just helps to give pearly sheen. It’s a fragrance free and parabens free product. You can the just apply on cheeks eyes or lips and blend or tap with fingers to get the effect. Overall it stays for 5-6 hrs doesn't feel sticky or oily its quite comfortable to wear them for whole day. Some of the shades in blush are also matte so you can try them out.

NEW COLORBAR KISSPROOF LIP STAIN IN ROYAL PINK REVIEW

Hope you all had a great weekend we are almost in the end of June and the climate is getting so gloomy with thunder showers. What best I can do is to have a cup of coffee and write about makeup products. So lets not waste more time and move on to our New COLORBAR product which is just being recently launched. I know many of them are searching for reviews about it and I myself was searching about before getting hands on it. I couldn’t find much about this lipstick and so I thought I should share my views on it.

Liquid lipsticks turning to matte are latest trend in makeup and Colorbar is already following this trend by their previous launch which was deep matte lip cream. Ok what makes this different is their packaging which is completely in silver round tube having doe foot applicator.

This one claims to be kiss proof lip stains rather than lip creams.

My first impression on this product was
There are 8 shades available in this range from pink, red to nude. Last time I had picked up some really bright bold color from deep matte cream range so this time I ended up getting a ROYAL PINK shade which is a very soft pink color almost like everyday color can go on fair medium to dark skin tones. Royal pink is super pigmented color but you have to be care full while applying as applicator picks up to much of product from the tube.

Its super creamy on application drys of in few seconds giving you powdery matte finish to lips. The application is smooth, even and gives full coverage.

I found this lip stains to be quite drying of course I was not using any lip balm but it made me feel more on drier side. It does accentuate line on my lips. I have never tried using lip balm with this but I think the formula is not enough moisturising. This lipsticks are very easy to remove. No stains are left behind. Once it dries of there is no budging smudging or feathering. The formula is unique and its kiss proof non transferable claim is very true. It feels very light on lips giving no stickiness. There is no shine to this stains. They do not contain any fragrance.

Lasting power is for 5 hrs I had applied it for almost whole day but as time was passing it started to become dull by end of day it came of from some areas of my lips. I wouldn’t like to retouch this type of lipsticks as it can give you patchy look.

Overall first I really thought of buying more colors in this range but when I tried it on my lips I really felt drying and making my lips look dull after some time. So maybe I wouldn’t buy them again or may be I can try for some brighter shades in this range. If you love liquid to matte lipsticks and your lips are not dry chapped you can definitely try them. The price range is on higher side so invest your money in really good shade which you would love to wear again and again.

Colorbar Deep Matte Lip Creme in Deep Blush Review

Hi lovely ladies ,

I was recently checking out for new lip products and I found out colorbar has recently launched deep matte lip creme. By now you all must be knowing I prefer matt over gloss and I love matt lipsticks. I love NYX matt lip cream and stila all day liquid lipstick I just enjoy using them. And now I have got similar product in india I got to try many shades in this new launched collection and they all were super intense and gorgeous colors but I loved this coral pink shade a lot which was named as Deep Blush pretty name. This matt lip creme come in a transparent fat tube with silver cap. It also has doe foot applicator and color of lipgloss is visible through transparent tube.

I loved the color its more of bright pink coral shade it can go on well with warm and cool tones both and it can look best on fair skin tones. There is no shimmer or sparkles in it and no smell. I think it’s a beautiful color to wear in spring. On application it has got most creamiest and smooth texture. Glides on easily but does not give even application i had to reapply it. The color is same as it appears in tube bright and intense . You don’t require lipbalm as it already has creamy texture. More then gloss I found it to be like liquid lipsticks which does not make lips feel drier but at the same time also gives matt finish to lips. Color payoff is excellent and it gives opaque rich color to even pigmented lips. Once It dries of it does not smudge and it lasts around 8 hrs including meals. It does bleed and also leaves pink stain behind. You have to be careful in application as it can get lot of product and will take time to dry out. It does not have any hydrating or moisturising properties.

Its not highly priced.

You can build this color up by starting with little product and can go as bold bright you want. It also made my lip appear fuller. One swipe is enough for getting a perfect color. You have to be careful in application as it can get little messy. Overall I loved the product as well as color its bright intense bold color. if you are looking for some bright creamy matt lip colors for spring this can be good to buy.
