SUGAR VIVID LIPSTICKS BREAKING BARE AND CORALINE CITY REVIEW

Hello angels,
Today I am reviewing SUGAR VIVID MATTE lipsticks which were
just recently launched by Sugar Cosmetics. They have come up with 4 shades the one i got is in Breaking Bare (Rose Pink) and Coraline City (Orange Coral). I skipped on Mad Magenta(Magenta) and Big Bang berry( Wine).
I am pretty obsessed with their Hell as Matte crayon lipstick and so
I couldn’t wait to get this new launched Vivid Matte lipsticks too.
Lets start with its packaging this lipstick comes in sleek tube which is rectangular in shape having a flat slant lipstick tip inside. Its a black matte finish tube with shade name written at bottom of tube. The
packaging is quite sturdy.

Lets come to formula they are not at all like Hell as Matte Crayon. I was already expecting it to be different than matte crayon. This lipsticks are neither too creamy or dry they just look to me like a regular matte lipstick having a proper matte finish. This lipsticks doesn’t glide on effortlessly but they also don't tug on to lips. The texture is smooth but not as creamy or soft like hell matte crayon. It gives complete matte finish to lips without accentuating fine lies. This lipsticks don't dry out your lips.
Due to its flat slant tip it was bit difficult for
application. The application was even it also doesn’t settle into fine lines.
This lipsticks are slightly moisturizing so it doesn’t cling on to dry patches. But like every matte lipstick rule you need to exfoliate your lips and
moisturise them. After application this lipsticks feel very light and comfortable. The pigmentation is
very good. One swipe give me true opaque
color. It gives coverage on pigmented lips too. They stay on well for 5-6 hrs. It
doesn’t transfer much. But after meals and drinks it start fading away. I
usually need touch up in corner of my lips. This lipstick are fragrance free. They don’t bleed or smudge around.
Breaking bare is amazing shade for medium to dark skin tone
on fair skin tone like me its bit darker than what it appears to be. It’s a
medium dusty rose shade. It can go on almost every outfit. I would recommend
this shade as a everyday pink lipstick.. its very decent and safe
color for all age group.

Coraline in the city – This shade is more like a orange having red tones. It’s a perfect summer color. I love orange lipsticks having red tones it can go on all skin tones especially if you having yellow undertones. If you want to try something bold and dynamic I would recommend this shade.

Overall I didn’t find any major con about this lipsticks except
for they could have been little creamier or softer on application. Completely
recommended. According to price this matte lipsticks are quite reasonable. I
hope they really come out with more amazing shades .. as 4 shades are really
not enough. This lipsticks are also free from parabens and mineral oil. I love lipsticks which give me full coverage and this one happens to give me in just 2 swipes. I would say It’s a classic matte lipstick. Sugar cosmetics is really coming up to my expectation.

How to Apply: Start applying the matte lipstick from the center of the
upper lip moving outward towards the corners.
Blot your lips with a tissue
and reapply.
