So here it is are you excited about it? because I am totally excited to review this amazing New collection form Maybelline. It was a great surprise
for me when I saw them first at Maybelline counter. And It seemed like for a
min as if Maybelline has started launching such professional range of
products. This range is V FACE CONTOUR BY FACE STUDIO so following products
helps you to get that V Face in just NY 1 MIN.
There are 3 products I will be talking about MAYBELLINE
CONTOUR DUO STICK
MAYBLLINE V FACE CONOTUR BLUSH, AND V FACE DUO POWDER.
All of the products come in a black and silver glossy
packaging.
They are great to use on the go such a cute travel friendly
packaging. It won't occupy much of space like other contour kits do. You can also carry them in
your party wear clutch. This products can turn your office wear look into
party glam within few mins all you need to do is carry them in your bag.
I loved this duo stick it has a contouring on one side and
highlighter shade on the other. It comes in two shades. I got light to medium which is suitable for fair
to medium skin tones.
With the contouring shade I applied lightly on my hollow of
cheeks, temples, jawline and sides of nose. It blends beautifully into skin. The
shade is just perfect for my skin tone. I used the highlighter on highest points
like bridge of nose and cheekbones. The texture of highlighter is creamy and
goes almost powdery when blended. It’s a very
subtle and soft highlighter but gives a nice sheen. Though I liked contouring
shade much more. The contouring shade is like warm toasted almond having little orange in it.

Moving on to the duo powder it comes in a round shape compact with a full size mirror inside. It has two levels first having the powder and second has a small brush for applying this powder when on go. So the powder is in V shape lighter shade in middle while darker on sides. I picked up LIGHT TO MEDIUM SHADE. They had one more shade for darker tones. You can use both the powder all over face and then use the darker shade on contouring areas while lighter on highlighted areas. The powder has a mineralize skin finish like formula.

Finally comes the blush it doesn’t have mirror inside it’s a
small rectangular compact with a brush inside. There is highlighting shade a
blush shade and warm bronzer shade.
So it doesn’t contain any shimmer and are almost like matte
powders. The color pay off is ok. But easily blendable and pigmented. You can definitely
layer them off.
This blush is in peach shade they do have two more shades
pink and brown. After contouring I add a swipe of darker shade to contouring
area and add some blush on my cheeks. They are well pigmented and give me a
nice peachy color to my cheeks. The highlighting shade was more like very light
peach color powder so if you want you can just lightly apply on you cheek bones or give it a skip. I was already happy with the duo stick
highlighter so I skipped using lighter shade from the blush.
This all contouring products can be used together also and individually too.

OVERALL RECOMMENDED. This all products make contouring so much easy. If you are a starter you need to have them. And if you already love contouring than this will be a best to use while you can save your time. They are available at such affordable prices. I absolutely loved this technique of getting v face in less than a MIN. if you have not started contouring yet you get to do it with Maybelline. MAKE YOUR CONTOURING GAME STRONG.
