NEW CLINIQUE POP MATTE LIPSTICK+PRIMER & POP LIQUID MATTE LIP COLOR REVIEW

Hello angels,

If you are lipstick addict like me you probably know what’s new in town. I have been dying to get my hands on this seriously it just launched few days back and I have been badly wanting them. For first time I already knew which shades I wanted and everything was just pre decided. So not wasting another min CLINIQUE POP MATTE LIPSTICK is here and so is THE POP LIQUID MATTE LIP COLOR too.

So starting off with Clinique pop matte lipstick+primer I picked up Graffiti Pop shade it’s a dark rose pink shade.

This lipstick are something you are going to be obsessive off. The colors are so pigmented rich and give you maximum coverage in just one swipe.

Clinique pop matte lipstick has a perfect creamy light weight formula. It gives high color pay off and glides effortlessly on lips.

They are so comfortable to wear it also locks moisture in lips. So like other mattes it doesn’t make your lips dry and doesn’t accentuate fine lines.

They are highly pigmented and gives opacity in one wipe.

The finish is semi matte not a complete powdery matte so its quite comfortable to wear for day and night.

I didn’t use any lip balm prior to application of this lipstick but if you have very dry lips you need to put some balm. Staying power is for 6hrs including meals they really don’t bleed or smudge also it fades with beautiful pink stain. The lipstick don’t transfer.

I am already in love with the texture formula and entire shade range. I would love to pick up some more colors. Currently this has to be my favorite matte lipstick.

Talking about liquid matte again for very first note this does not dry out like other liquid mattes. Its just sets to creamy matte. They are intense and highly pigmented. It gives complete coverage on pigmented lips too. It glides on lips like velvet and my lips feel so soft and hydrated. The pigmentation is boom for both the lipsticks. No accentuate of fine lips.

We are use to carry round gloss like tubes but this come in a very cute square shaped tube packaging. It has a silver cap and frosty tube contains doe foot applicator. They are very easy to carry in your bag and also looks attractive. They are very moisturizing and give a velvet matte finish. It lasted for me around 4-5 hrs it does fade from the center of lips. They don’t bleed and doesn’t smudge. Also once its sets in they transfer very little.

The shade range here is so amazing I was so confused to pick just one shade but after trying all of them on lips I finally decided for Candied Apple. As it’s a holiday season this shade would perfectly go for dinners and parties. Candied apple is a perfect blend of red and berry which gives a darker red shade.

It will go well on warm and cool skin tones. It doesn’t contain any fragrance.

Overall I recommend both matte lipsticks if you ask me to choose one its very difficult because both have amazing shade texture and formula. Liquid matte with Clinique is something new and they have done amazing job with it. While the pop mattes are also different which you usually wont find with other brands.
