Today I have something new in lippies to review. You heard right they are NEW LAKME ENRICH LIP CRAYONS it has still not been launched everywhere and I am really excited to try them out. They are available in 10 shades I got two of them as they are not available at the lakme counters I had to purchase them online also I was not so sure about the shades. I got one in BABY PINK and another one in MAUVE MATTERS.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Get smooth and matte finish lips with this lip colour crayon by Lakmé that is infused with mineral powders. It has a soft texture and is available in 10 gorgeous shades that suit all Indian skin tones. It also has a rich blend of olive and jojoba oil that simultaneously conditions your lips. For your convenience, the all new Lakmé Enrich Lip Crayon comes with a sharpener.

So these lip crayons basically comes in a very affordable price range. Its only 185/-INR for each which is so inexpensive. Most of the shade comprises of pinks and red. And as its reasonably priced anyone can get this chubby stick in various color shades.They come with a free sharpener which is a 2 in1. The packaging is color coded so its easy to identify the shades.

These lipsticks are soft and creamy in texture they have a semi matte effect. Some of the shades do contain shimmer. I personally don’t like shimmer in my lipsticks but if it adds sheen to my lips I am fine with it. They are bit hydrating to lips but still if you have dry lips you need to apply a lipbalm. The formula seems to be non drying. They feel quite comfortable and light on lips. It contains mild sweet fragrance which doesn't last. The staying power of these lippies is 3-4hrs it doesn’t last well like other mate chubby crayons. It tends to fade away from the center of lips. However I didn’t observe any smudging or bleeding of the product. The formula doesn’t settle into fine lines. Coming to its pigmentation this product is buildable so it gives medium coverage with good color pay off. I wont say they are so opaque or heavily pigmented as it need 3-4 swipes to give a good amount of coverage. They don’t stain my lips most of the shades are suitable for Indian skin tones.

Overall recommended I really don’t have any complaints except for their formula which could be more pigmented and I wish they didn't have fine shimmers. But as you know they are available at so low prices you really cant resist to grab them.. so gals try them out and let me know your favourite shades.

BABY PINK This is a light pink shade. Its more like a everyday pink with silver shimmer. Though the shimmer doesn't show up much on your lips it gives sheen to the color. Suitable for fair to medium skin tones.

MAUVE MATTERS Its a beautiful mauvey pink a must have color for summer. If you like pink and want to try something different get this shade. It also goes well on various skin tones.
