This hot sunny days are really exhausting and putting up
makeup every single day is the last thing you would want to do for yourself.
When I have to go out on this hot summer days I tend to stay away from my all liquid foundation. Not only feel lazy to apply it I also know that some how its
going to melt down and make me feel uncomfortable. I like my skin to be more
natural and breathable. So this summer I choose bare minerals loose powder. Now
many of you must have tried this product and i have read all positive reviews about it. It’s a
sheer to medium coverage mineral based powder foundation. It comes in a 8g
plastic jar with black cap .
This powder contains broad spectrum spf 15 which is not enough. So if you looking to use only this powder for summer days its not going to work. Either use a good sunscreen for your base or a BB cream to give you more coverage at the same time getting more sun protection for your skin.

It looks like a powder, feels like a cream, and buffs on like silk, giving skin a natural luminosity while feeling as if you are not wearing any makeup at all.
How to apply :
You just need to take a round powder brush and buff into skin.

This powder comes in a loose form and as I have combination
skin its suits my skin very well. It gives me a natural luminous finish. It also has
a great staying power. I can see that nothing melts down and there are no
creases or any powder lines. It blends well into skin. When you buff it into
skin it almost feels like cream and blends smoothly giving even complexion. The
texture is very light and almost feels like nothing has been applied on face.
The coverage is sheer but can be build to medium . It doesn’t cover complete
marks or dark circles but it does help in achieving even tone.
After application I feel my face looks natural ,clean and
fresh doesn’t look like any makeup has been put on no cakey feel. It doesn’t clog my pores.
And at the same time my pores are less visible. My T zone doesn’t get oily for long hrs. If you have any redness it does cover it well. Doesn’t give me any break outs. They come in many
shades I went for Fairly Light which helps to give me natural skin color. Fairly Light has neutral tones and goes well on light to fair skin having warm or cool tones. This
mineral powder foundation is known as one of the best quality powders.
Overall I am obsessed with Bare Minerals I wanted a good Mineral Powder for so long and this was worth the try. It’s a pretty pricey but
the quantity is much and you just need little for your complete face. You can
also use them as touch up after your foundation. The shade range is really wide
and I am happy with my shade. If you even have acne prone skin the mineral
powders will definitely be a better choice compared to others. Also the formula
is free from parabens, sulphates, oil, wax and talc. Bare minerals Original foundation when used everyday will also help in improving your skin texture. This is also perfect for girls like me who prefer no makeup look on most of the days. This product is NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS.
