Mac Twig lipstick review

Today I am going to talk
about this beautiful neutral lipstick shade from Mac its known as Twig. Twig is
lot more like Mehr a perfect pinky brown shade having more of brown undertones.
I think everyone should have this kinda shade which you can easily wear with
any outfit and any looks. It can be pulled of by any skin tone.
Now mac has really
different ranges of lipsticks where Twig belongs to satin range it gives semi
matte finish without making it look dry. This lipstick is all about creamy,
pigmented with no smudging.
They
are definitely more moisturising than MAC mattes. Texture
is very light and feels lot more comfortable then mattes. If your lips are dry
chapped you can apply lip balm prior to application or else not needed. Twig
can go with smokey eyes as well as neutral eyes and it can be also pared with
bold cat liner look.
On application its smooth
and creamy. Glides on easily gives even coverage doesn't bleed or flake.
Opacity is maximum in just one stroke. Color pay off is excellent. Its super
rich pigmented but do try them before buying as color looks different when
swatched on hand and lips. The best combination to apply this lipstick is with
spice lip liner. It looks amazing giving you kinda Kylie Jenner lip
color. You can carry of this color for everyday basis. Its kind of shade
which you can have it forever. This shade is quite similar to Mehr. Which I
have reviewed previously but Mehr is matte finish having more of pink
tones while Twig has brown tones. If you have medium to dark skin
tone twig is a better option as it may not give you wash out look. I would say
this color can look flattering on almost every single skin tone.

Twig doesn’t
accentuate fine lines. It stays on for 4hrs without having to do any touch ups.
Like Mehr its from the permanent line. This color doesn’t stand out much
so you can tag this as working women’s must have lipstick. I love this sweet
vanilla fragrance from MAC lipsticks. It simply attracts me more.
Overall recommended must
have for daily wear. I completely love MAC lipsticks. And this one is most
amazing color from MAC collection. Well with the trend of 1980 lip color this
is going to be perfect shade when mixed with spice liner. It’s a great color
for autumn too. I can say its one of the best lipstick for Indian skin tones.
